    We loved our experience here at Level 5. Our booking of the reservations to the filet mignon entre was superb. Loved access to the outdoor patio views. Even though the weather was cold, we still felt comfortable walking around the open rooftop patio taking photos and enjoying our time together. It was our 40th anniversary and we loved every minute of it!

    Food was good and the view is outstanding. Unfortunately our service was super slow. We had to have someone find our server twice because she left for Long periods of time.

    This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool and the staff is really friendly. Food and drinks were amazing, with a pretty good variety. Undoubtedly, the restaurant has tasty food, great views and great service. It's a great place to spend your evening.

    What a pleasant surprise to have this fine dining experience in Albuquerque. The elk appetizer was outstanding, as were the scallops in a delicate corn kind of pudding that was out of this world. The chef came out and said hello to us, and we complemented the beautiful presentation and the exquisite flavors that came out of his kitchen. I would definitely recommend this restaurant anyone that's looking for a gastronomical feast for the eyes and the taste buds I can't wait to go back.

    THe room was quite attractive but all the hard surfaces enhance the noise level. The tapas were very good as was a gin cocktail I liked. I didn't have a desert but the family liked theirs. We thought it quite expensive for the type and quality of the food and experience..

    Everything was good until mercedes came to our table and told us we had to leave. We didn’t cause any issues or disturbances. We had A 5:30 reservation and she was telling g us to leave because they had a reservation on our table at 7:00pm. Good thing we didn’t order dessert because we would have had to taken to go, what a horrible customer service.

    I was so excited to try this place after I saw that chef made the James Beard semifinalist. I'm a vegetarian, so I checked the menu and was pleasantly surprised about the eggplant steak. My partner eats meat, wasn't worried about his options. Our server was good, but we were sat at a table with trash still on, lots of water puddles, etc. Our server fixed that promptly. Also right next to our table was an overflowing trash can with Valentine's menus sticking out which made me think they hadn't emptied the trash in 2 days since this was 2 days after Valentine's Day. Now for the food, the special small plate was a pistachio crusted goat cheese stuffed poblano pepper. It was good, very stuffed, not amazing, but good. Partner had the grilled Caesar salad, which was ok, nothing great. I got the eggplant steak for the large plate and it was not only not good, it was bad. I was starving and ate about half, but couldn't do more than that. I hope it was an off day because if not it should not be on the menu. There was no salt, no umami flavor, the only flavor over the bland eggplant was the incredibly sour berries. No thank you, wouldn't even eat it again if it was free. Get that off the menu. My partner got the pollo con papas which was good, the chicken was moist and well seasoned. The papas were perfectly crispy. I truly hope it was an off night because we were nonplussed and for the price it should have been much better. The eggplant was just terrible.

    We had a reservation because we had plans afterwards, and we wanted to insure we were done with dinner prior. We arrived on time and we were seated. However, no server ever came to wait on us. After seeing other people come in and sit at the bar we decided that would be best for us in order to be served. We informed the hostess we were moving to the bar top. We had been in the restaurant 23 minutes before anyone even gave us water. We waited on drinks an additional 10 minutes. It was overall bad service with a fantastic view.

    Incredibly small portions for the price; filet mignon less than 4 oz. The apple fritter consisted of what seemed to be a pilsbury flaky biscuit with apples slices on top. Our server was great and I can’t say enough about how attentive she was, however this could not make up for a steak no better than Texas Roadhouse and a singular prawn that was simply “ok.” The ambience was also amazing, however I find myself questioning if I paid more for the view than the actual food.

    When we arrived on time, for our Reservation I was very surprised that we were seated outside in the Cold. The reservation I had made was specifically for indoor dining. Once seated we were given menus for the Valentines Day Special, which was overpriced, and not given a basic menu to have options. After a few minutes of deliberation, we decided to leave and go have dinner elsewhere. So disappointed that this wasn't a great and special dining experience.

    We had these reservations for over two weeks. When we arrived nobody was at the front to help us. Once someone finally noticed us they sat us outside in a dark corner away from everybody, even though on our reservation we requested inside seating. We weren’t noticed and didn’t get water for 20 minutes and kept getting forgotten about.

    Our recent visit for Brunch at Level 5 was excellent. Josh & the Team provided awesome hospitality and their culinary team did an awesome job on our meal selections. My friend and his wife were celebrating their Wedding Anniversary and had never been to Level 5. They loved the views and so pleased with the Fruit Platter as a starter with Mimosas. Braised Bison Hash and the Steak Sandwiches with Patata Bravas were true pleasers to the palate. We look forward to our next visit. Thank You.

    My husband’s scallops were very good but lacked seasoning. The blue corn breading on my quail was very salty. The calabacitas were good. The surface of our table was very sticky and our waiter confirmed that he knew and they couldn’t do anything about the sticky finish. The lights kept flickering from high to low all night which ruined the ambiance. On a positive note our server was very attentive and concerned about my allium allergy.

    Kaelyn took fantastic care of us! We were celebrating my move to Albuquerque and she made sure we got a free dessert! She was so attentive and timed our meal out perfectly with our cocktails, starter and entrees.

    Awesome meal!! We got 5 different small plates because we just couldn’t decide. Everything was very tasty. The elk asada, foie gras tostada, and fried oysters were next level. The chef even introduced himself to us! It made for a perfect celebratory dinner. Kaelen took care of us, and gave the best recommendations.

    We are visiting Albuquerque and decided to try this rooftop restaurant for dinner. The very first thing we noticed was how friendly and helpful the staff were. We couldn’t help taking photos of the view, it was such a beautiful evening looking out over Albuquerque’s sunset. We ordered our meals, and they were fantastic. Presentation was stunning and the food was amazing. We both went with the suggested wine pairing and loved trying something different. It was an absolute pleasure to dine here. But, before we finished, the chef came and introduced himself. Marc is such a humble person and was grateful for our compliments. Don’t miss this opportunity if you ever visit Albuquerque.

    We were delighted that brunch was offered at Level V and chose it to celebrate my birthday. The coffee was excellent as were the pancakes and bacon. The views of Albuquerque are wonderful. Very easy to reserve via OpenTable. Highly recommended.

    Atmosphere and service were lovely, but food was incredibly mediocre (and thus overpriced). The menu sounded so promising, but out of the four dishes we tried, nothing tasted very good - bland, unappetizing textures, or not-as-described in the menu. For such a small menu, we expected for their limited offerings to really shine, but it felt like they cheaped out to make a high margin and take advantage of hotel guests (we’re locals). Won’t be back.

    I’ll start by saying the food is very good. Unfortunately, it couldn’t make up for the horrendous service we received. It seemed as if there was no manager on site because the staff was very aloof. Our particular server was one of the worst we’ve ever had. She spent 90% of her time in the kitchen chatting, which we could see from where we were seated. The kicker was when she gave us our check she didn’t provide the itemized receipt. We asked for it because the bill seemed high for what we ordered. Low and behold, she ADDED a 20% gratuity to the check. When we asked why it was added she said the system does that for parties of 4 or more…there were only 2 of us! It was removed but needless to say we will not be going back - EVER. Very disappointing.

    Very slow service. Appetizer came with our meal after an hour wait. Waitress did not ask if we wanted wine with dinner or another cocktail. She was not familiar with any whiskey or what they had. Asked about dessert after the bill. Food wasn’t great enough for the problems.

    I am very disappointed that when I arrived almost all of the dishes from the prearranged menu for New Year’s Eve were gone. The ambiance of the restaurant felt more like a bar than a fancy restaurant. The music selection was horrible and the service was very lacking and impersonal. I didn’t enjoy my experience in this restaurant at all.

    Our server did not come to our table until about 20 minutes after being seated. Music was extremely loud, which made t challenging to communicate with my wife, as well as the server could barely hear us. The food was mediocre at best, definitely not worth $100 plate. Oh, they were out of one of the three entrees they offered. Horrible experience and will never return.

    I was unfortunately pretty disappointed with my experience at Level5. We had booked reservations ahead of time to secure an indoor table for New Year's Eve. When we booked, there was no mention of a Pre-fix menu. A few days before our reservation, we went back online and noticed they switched to a Pre-fix menu. No one from the restaurant alerted us of the change. The price point was $99 per person for a soup or salad, main course, and dessert. This was disappointing in and of itself, but the menu options looked okay enough so we decided to keep our reservation. The evening of our reservation (1 hour and 9 minutes prior) - The hostess called to inform me she moved our reservation outside because they had overbooked themselves and needed to open up the patio. I tried to let her know we didn't book outside and wanted to be inside. She then told me because my OpenTable reservation didn't specifically say inside, we were moved outside. I felt extra frustrated in that moment as it felt like she was gaslighting me as she JUST TOLD ME they overbooked so that is why they opened up the patio. I never would have booked an outdoor reservation on NYE with that kind of weather. Because she had waited until 5:51PM night of NYE, we were left in a pickle and decided to keep our reservation. When we arrived, they seated us outside at a firepit table. The table is the type where the propane fire comes out of the center of the table, and there is a few inches around the rest of the table. The heat was not nearly enough to keep us warm. Unfortunately, it kept our (cold) drinks warm. Because there was only a few inches of space, and a fire ripping in the center, we could not lean forward to take bites of our food. So we literally had to hold our soup bowls in our hands over our laps to eat. The food itself was okay enough. For the price point and limited selection, I would have hoped to have been wowed. Overall, super disappointing experience. I will not be returning.
