No substitutions so if you can’t eat something, outa luck. A bit frustrating
A bit pricey to eat there every week, but for special occasions. .absolutely.
The service was great, the food was great, the price point was high. Over all I had a nice dinner.
The menu had variety and our selections were nicely presented. Beverage menu offered many choices. The restaurant was not full, but it was incredibly noisy. Level 10 has a very limited kids menu with no healthy side options. They didn’t seem equipped or willing to accommodate younger patrons. We ordered a baby gem lettuce salad off of the adult menu, but it came out as a wedge that was a challenge to cut. It was also missing the egg—according to the server they were out. How does a restaurant run out of eggs? Our server was congenial and refilled the kid’s drinks often, but she was not as diligent about water for adults.
There was a large party in attendance that seemed to consume the staff to the detriment of other patrons, mainly causing significant delays in service time. I never understand why restaurants have such a challenge in flexing to serve all clients well in spite of large parties that were surely expected in advance!
I would eat here again, but probably not on a Saturday night due to noise and service challenges. Probably won’t return as a family. There are other fine dining places in town that do a better job at working with you to make sure kids are also taken care of.
Always good food and service. Small plates served so great to share multiple orders.
Kaley, our waitress was fantastic! Our bartender, Mary, was also outstanding! Both made the night very special for my birthday friend! The cocktails and dessert were delicious! The filet duo was very good!
The restaurant was nice, service was good, the staff was nice. The food was hit and miss; some of the dishes we had were really good others were under seasoned. Overall pleasant experience, but will no be returning.
My friend wanted just one crab cake instead of 2. Chef would not allow. Why?
Waitress was very attentive and good.
Best overall dining experience in Spartanburg! We come back again and again.
Excellent food-- quiet evening. Server was very good but a bit nervous. Overall ---will return with the family again and again! Pricing to match the cuisine.
The hostess lacked warmth and friendliness...you need to get a warmer people person!
Another wonderful date night. Rick Erwin never disappoints. The recent addition of entrees, to the small plate menu, made it even better.
Beautiful restaurant with excellent service. All the small plates we tried were fantastic, as were the salmon and crab cake entrees. Seafood risotto special was not anyone’s favorite.
This is the best place in downtown Spartanburg. I definitely recommend it.
this restaurant is a missed opportunity, however, it's not too late to make it work.
Here's my brief list:
1. Lighting is way too bright, especially in the bar area. Bright lights offer no ambiance. As soon as I sat down at the bar, I requested that the lights be dimmed.
2. There should not be TV's in the bar, especially in an upscale bar. TV's only distract from the ambiance. Thi s is not a sports bar.
3. The food is good, but nothing special. I was particularly offended by a $55.00 steak that should have been priced at $30 or less. If you're going to go down this road with pricing, please ensure that your product meets the customer's expectations.
4. Little things: baby greens, for example, this salad arrived drowning in vinegarette. I took 3 bights and left the rest.
5. The timing of the courses was off: once the first course was removed, the second course immediately arrived. We didn't have time to digest the first course before the second course arrived.
5. The dessert list was uninspiring
In conclusion, the owners of this "upscale" restaurant have a wonderful opportunity to showcase this beautiful space. They just have to make the food and ambiance better, or cut the prices and make the space a sports bar. You can't do both. The next time I'm in Spartanburg, I'll drop by to see if the place is any different. Good luck.
My family had a great time celebrating my wife’s birthday. Excellent dishes and fun atmosphere.
My wife and I ate here for our 20th anniversary and loved it. We had appetizers and several shareables. Wine was excellent and the service was top notch. Highly recommend for your next special occasion
I met a friend that I don't get to see very often for dinner and we had the most relaxing evening just sitting back and visiting with one another. Never felt rushed to leave and the food was outstanding!!
Can't wait to bring my husband back.
Service was slow and it wasn’t busy that night. Manager was great when we told her and made it right. Food was excellent and it’s a beautiful place. Must have been just an off night.
Thoroughly enjoyed such a Lovely evening celebrating our Five Years Wedding Anniversary in the Beautiful Downtown Spartanburg Level 10! From the selection of the perfect table and allowing an early visit for Decorating it, up to the point of cutting the cake to go along with nightcap coffees, total care and attentiveness were sincerely served! With the guidance of Mary’s knowledge and menu expertise, paired selections were tastefully pleasing! Sydney was kind enough to take a few great pics of us while delivering her Pleasantry and Professional Services. Thank you to both Mary and Sydney for taking such great care of us during our Special evening! And thank you to Level 10 for being here as a Spartanburg Finest!

My wife and I had an enjoyable experience at Level 10 celebrating her birthday. The service was very good. The food was good. The ambiance was good. The only negative I could say is that it didn’t exceed expectations.
I have tried this restaurant twice and both times I was slightly disappointed. It is really just not my style of dining as the portions of the food are not very large and you have to order seven or eight things on the menu to really make it a meal. If I’m going to spend $120 on a meal for my wife and I there are many other places that are better even in Spartanburg. I love the location and love the service as well as the ambience but the food is not worth it . Hoping the menu will change going forward and it can be a local hotspot in Spartanburg.
Food was not good at all and very expensive. We had not been in a few months so we thought we could try again. Not going back!
Our waiter, Jay was a delight. He is the best reason to return.
From the food, to the service, to the atmosphere; I would not have changed a thing. Well done and thank you !!
Our waitress was a wonderful representation of your restaurant, very pleasant. And the Moroccan Lamb was only surpassed by the dessert. My wife and I will definitely return for an encore.
Wonderful atmosphere. The downtown location and parking were convenient. The food and service were great. I particularly appreciated their assistance in accommodating an additional person to our party.
Wofford Parents Weekend. Chris was wonderful when making our reservation for 16 an the servers were great!
Had a wonderful time and the food was fantastic. Service was great minus one waitress that didn’t seem to be having a good night.
There were six of us dining at Level 10. We split six small plates between us for dinner and four desserts. It was all very good! We all appreciated the different way of dining for the evening and really enjoyed the experience. I’ll be back.
It was my daughter’s 21st Birthday. The waiter was not attentive or helpful with the cake or moving us from the terrace to the balcony. Finally the hostess assisted with the cake. I have never experienced this at a restaurant much less this one!! Very disappointed ☹️
Great food and exceptional service. Our party of four shared various small plates and every single one of them was outstanding. Love being able to eat at such a great restaurant that's also in a fabulous hotel we're staying at.
Taste of the food was good but wasn’t warm enough.
Wonderful experience, service, food and roof top dinning was great.
Menu items limited for non-meat eater patron. Service was excellent. Wine and beer menu options good.
Surprised no linen tablecloths. Noise level a bit higher than expected for this type of restaurant. Food quite good. My salad should be pre dressed as adding dressing at table does not have the uniformity of coverage.
Not up to what one expects from a Rick Erwin property. Took 10 minutes for anyone to approach our table and even then we were told, "I'm not your server but I'll get you some water to start." Then one of our party finally had to ask the hostess if we had a server after another 10 minutes passed. Food was just "ok" but we never did have a server. We had a hostess, server, manager all trying to take care of us as the night went on. But two hours for dinner for four? Not good.
I’m happy that there are more normal meals to choose from. Good food, service and ambiance. It is very expensive.
My first time, it was great. I felt like I wasn’t in downtown. View was very nice. Service and food were on par for a Rick restaurant. We will go again.
