   Let’s just say it was hard to find. A small door crammed between two other spots and there wasn’t a sign that I recall. The manager was very kind and patient with us while giving directions on the phone. I expected the inside to look somewhat like the pictures. It wasn’t what I expected. The waitress/bartender was very polite but the only one. So when it got busy we didn’t see her again so that was a downside. We went next door to their sister location “Code Red” and enjoyed the ambiance/service.

   Reservations were available, made one, and showed up at the appropriate time only to be told that they couldn't accommodate the reservation due to a private event. Pretty poor way of relaying that information.

   My husband and I had a great experience at Level 1 last night! The bar was intimate and had a unique vibe. The bartender was super friendly and efficient, and the cocktails were delicious. This was a great date night spot and we will certainly be coming back soon!

   Cozy themed cocktail bar; Happy Hour specials from 7-9PM was an unexpected plus. We had the Naked & Famous and Paper Plane on Happy Hour for $8, which were both tasty, and the Cheese Bites and Sliders were insanely good. We had the Clarified Mai Tai and Hydrothermal Center cocktails off the regular menu, which were set on fire, which was very cool. Jordan our bartender was outgoing and friendly. Would definitely come back!
