Excelente. Lo único que la verdad nos pareció muy incómodo es que desde que nos sentamos ya nos estaban casi ajorando para que pidiéramos entrada y comida, todo a la vez y la verdad sentimos que no lo disfrutamos como debió ser. Íbamos con unas expectativas muy altas. Todo estaba tan hermoso que sentimos no lo disfrutamos al máximo. Con decir que llegamos a las 7:25 y ya a las 8:32 nos traían la cuenta. 😩

comida exelente servicio lento la orden de 3 platos 1 salio repetido y no sa;lio 1 que se ordeno .SE LE DIJO QUE NO LO HICIERAN Y CANCELARLO Y AL RATO APARECIERON CON EL PLATO PERO YA SE HABIA COMPARTIO LOS OTROS 2 PLATOS , POR ENDE NO SE LO IBA A COMER Y COMO QUIERA LO COBRARON , LO MENOS QUE PODIAN HACER POR EL ERROR ERA SACARLO DEL TICKET las bebidas se tardaron demasiado

Lamentablemente, mi experiencia en este restaurante fue muy decepcionante. Desde el inicio, el trato del personal fue hostil y poco cordial. Solicité una mesa cerca de las ventanas con la intención de disfrutar del atardecer, algo que dejé claro al momento de llegar. Me pidieron esperar 20 minutos, a lo cual accedí con paciencia, pero para mi sorpresa, al final me ubicaron en una mesa junto a la piscina, sin vista al atardecer y sin ninguna explicación razonable. Lo más frustrante fue que no ofrecieron alternativas ni mostraron disposición para atender mi petición, a pesar de haber sido claro con mis intenciones desde el principio. Fue una falta total de empatía y atención al cliente. No lo recomendaría si estás buscando una experiencia agradable o un buen servicio.

Platos exquisitos como el Fusilli y el Branzino. Buen ambiente con una vista hermosa se unen para que esta experiencia sobre pasara nuestras expectativas. Agradecemos a Juan Hernández y Josean por su excelente servicio. De seguro volveremos.

Juan Hernández was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, he made us feel welcomed and taken care of. His attention to detail, friendly attitude, and genuine care for our experience truly stood out. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Hands down one of the best servers we’ve ever had give that man a raise! Highly recommend dining here, especially if Juan is taking care of you.

Overall an ok experience. The restaurant in itself was beautiful. A bit too big for my personal liking, but nonetheless beautiful. The service was ok, they tried their best, but too many tables and not enough servers. We waited an hour for our main dish to arrive and then another 40 minutes to get our plates cleaned from the table. The raw items were tasty as well as the salad. The shared branzino was nothing out of the ordinary. The delicate fish flavors were overpowered with a crispy crust that was just too seasoned. The side carrots were too seasoned as well and the potatoes oily. I really wanted to like the place but I was underwhelmed. On top of that, the wine list had not enough affordable wines. They where all 100$ to 500$. It just wasn’t worth the money. Be prepared to spend a lot and wait.

Our dinner at Levant was made truly unforgettable thanks to the outstanding service from the entire team, but especially from Alberto and Alexandra. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, cared for, and genuinely celebrated. We were there for our anniversary and my husband’s birthday (which happened to be at the same day), and the team made every detail feel personal, a handwritten congratulations note greeted us at our table, followed by celebratory glasses of champagne on the house, a beautiful and unexpected gesture. To top it all off, my husband was surprised with a birthday dessert complete with a candle, which made the moment even more memorable. Alberto and Alexandra anticipated our needs without ever being intrusive, striking the perfect balance of attentiveness and warmth. We trusted Alberto and Alexandra with the food and drink selections after we told them what we were looking for and liked, and they absolutely nailed it. They guided us through the menu with care and confidence, every recommendation was thoughtful, perfectly paired, and exceeded our expectations. The food was excellent, but it was the service that left the biggest impression. It’s rare to be treated with such sincerity and attention to detail. Dining at Levant was more than just a meal, it was an experience. The level of care, attention to detail, and personal touches made it a night we’ll never forget. We left full of joy and already looking forward to returning.
