Levan is an all-day bar and dining space in Peckham. With a focus on low intervention, biodynamic and natural wines and contemporary European food, Levan is inspired by the new wave of casual bistro dining in Paris, Copenhagen, Barcelona and beyond.

We offer an a la carte menu and a £55pp chefs tasting menu. Groups over 5 will be asked to dine from the chefs menu.

Please check our website for our most up to date offering.

Seatings are for 2 hours, after which we may require the table back.

Please inform us of any dietary requirements in advance. We may not be able to cater to them without advanced notice.

If you arrive late for your booking we may ask you to choose from a reduced menu.

Cancellations - we are a small, independent restaurant, so please let us know if you cannot make your reservation.

    Great little restaurant in Peckham. Lovely flavours and well presented. Service as always with a smile. Solid wine list. Tasty dishes and great place for sharing with friends or a date. Will come back.

    The food is absolutely delicious and the waitress who served us was friendly and helpful. I would recommend it to a friend. I feel the prices are a little on the steep side and therefore it would only be an occasional treat rather than a regular visit.

    The food was astonishingly good, I was really surprised and didn't think it would be so good 😊 the portions were just right for sharing. A shame that we get charged for bread in this country but I guess that's what it is like everywhere in the UK! We came for a birthday and it was the perfect place for the occasion. It was a bit cold in the main room and one of the waitresses who took care of us was not very talkative or warm, she might have had a long day... Who knows. But I'll definitely be back.

    Being going to Levan for several years and always delighted with the food, service and everything really. I think there's been a change in chef and like most restaurants their prices have gone up for all the obvisous reasons. Only things I was a bit disappinted with was thepairimg wine tasting menu has gone, also the food, althouigh nice, before it was a more complex. Maybe its just the new chef and staff settling in. Still won't me recommending Levan, or going again.

    Fantastic food, we had the set menu which was so delicious and just the right amount of food. The compte fries with ailoli (which we ordered on top of the set menu) were so good, a definite must and the horseradish ice cream with colrabi was also delicious. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the atmosphere was very relaxed. We used to go to Salon in Brixton Market, which now has sadly closed, so were thrilled to find Levan and will definitely be back.

    Excellent food - had heard portion sizes were small but found we had plenty to eat - it is expensive but the quality is outstanding and the service and atmosphere are warm and welcoming. Will definitely be going back.

    Levan is our local, we haven't been back for a while. We really enjoyed the food, they're so tasty. Also, great service with a little extra for my partner's birthday surprise. It was a cold evening and my legs were a bit chilly but could be just me. Price were appropriate, but the plate size on main dish could have been a bit bigger. Enjoyed great food, drink and the service. We have to go back again soon.

    Great restaurant, staff, food and drink. Emma the manager made us feel right at home on our first visit and was incredibly attentive without ever interrupting. Food on the chef’s menu was first rate including the vegetarian option and when we finished they arranged for a table for us to continue next door at Larry’s. Just a brilliant evening all round.

    Went for a birthday dinner and had wonderful experience. The atmosphere (from the music, which is a big part of what this restaurant is about, to the hand soap in the bathroom) was great, without question the food and wine (big fan of the cheesy cabbage) and the service, the staff's knowledge and care all made it a special occasion.

    A nice meal with some very nice dishes but slightly underwhelmed by terrine and cerviche. Pasta was great though and ditto the pollock/pumpkin. It was good but not my favourite visit to Levan. Service was really good as always, knowledgeable and attentive but never annoying.
