Disney Character Breakfast every Sunday from 8:30am to 11:30am.
I visited Letterpress with my parents and fiancé’s parents and we all loved it! Our waitress was very helpful and made great suggestions for the menu. We went on Sunday after the character breakfast and it was not crowded at all. The service was fast and amazing. I can’t wait to go back!
Perfect place to meet Disney characters for Breakfast and save time at Disney World by already having some autographs. Minnie, Goofy, and Pluto come table to table and greet you and plenty of time for pics and hugs!
I thought it was good. Not great, but definitely good.
Valentine’s date dinner. Wanted to try a new place we haven’t been to since most other place on Open table we’ve been to already. Restaurant is inside Hilton. Atmosphere is nice with lake view and decor simple and modern. They had a special Valentine’s Day menu, regular menu, and the special. All sounded great. After consideration we decided on the special (35 oz tomahawk steak with 2 sides (we got mashed potato and veggies) and it came with champagne. It was delicious. Overall, good food with great server, Gabrielle.
This hotel eatery was surprisingly good. The breakfast buffet, for me, was overpriced, but the menu items were much more reasonable. The avocado toast was wonderful, although I found it odd that they served it with two additional pieces of bread. We also ate there for dinner one evening, and the food was delicious. I had the salmon, which was cooked to perfection, and my husband enjoyed his wild mushroom garganelli pasta with the short ribs. I would happily eat here again. At breakfast and dinner, they were able to make some modifications to suit my dietary restrictions.
Excellent service and food
They didn't honor our reservation causing us to miss the character breakfast. The maitre'd was very unhelpful. The quality of the food didn't merit the price tag.
It’s a nice and quiet restaurant. Food and atmosphere are good.
Our experience at Letterpress on Thanksgiving 2019 was outstanding. The service was outstanding and the staff creates a friendly festive atmosphere. The buffet was amazing. Turkey and all the traditional sides, prime rib, shrimp, charcuterie, fresh oysters, pizza...everything was delicious. Will definitely be coming back. The breakfast buffet and bottomless bubbles are our favorite!
We went for the Thanksgiving buffet which was amazing! Great selection and lots of options for the whole family. Server was attentive and friendly. Nice ambience. But we cannot stop talking about the pasta bar! If we didn’t live 4 states away, we would definitely be back more often!
Delicious food, great selection to choose from and great service from Gilbert our waiter.
A truly wonderful dining experience! My mom and I went for our last magical dining weekend dinner and had an amazing meal that was so good I had the manager bring the chef out so I could hug him!! We both had the gumbo which was rich and flavorful. My mother had the yellowtail snapper, lightly battered, fried and served with rice and slaw. I had the shrimp and grits which were creamy with a hint of spice. For dessert, my mom went with the bourbon pecan pie and I had key lime pie. Everything was fantastic! We will be back! Did I mention I had to hug the chef to thank him for such an amazing meal?!
Food good service not good
The food is good but it's strange when you are having dinner and it's all set for the next day breakfast ...
Food was great, excellent presentation. Mixed drink with top shelf liquor was very pricey
This place was amazing! My friends and I dined here during magical dining. The Magical dining menu had a good selection to choose from. I had the gumbo as my appetizer. It was sooooooo good! It was thick and hearty and seasoned to perfection. As my main course I had shrimp and grits. The sauce was creamy & full of flavor, the shrimp were huge, the sausage was good as well. I don't eat grits but my friends loved them!! My boyfriend had the yellow tail snapper with hoppin rice and slaw. The fish was hugeeeeee!! I tried his and it was so good! As our dessert we had pecan pie and key lime pie. We didn't care for the key lime pie but the pecan pie was delicious. It came with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce on the side. We definitely will be going back again!!
The restaurant was fantastic. Make sure you self-park though. If you valet, they won't validate it.
We were celebrating a friend’s birthday. The waiter barely checked on us and was a little rude. However, the food was good.
Wonderful atmosphere, the right size menu -- the entrees were delicious and perfectly prepared with great presentation. Service was top notch and we'll go back when we're in Orlando again.
Very good for a hotel restaurant, but still basically a hotel restaurant.
Came in for dinner on a weeknight. We made reservations but didn't really need to as we were one of three tables that were occupied. I liked that all the staff were very attentive even though it was a slow night. Our waiter even gave us extra dinner rolls (delish!) because he heard us mention that we were starving. Out of all the dishes we ordered the best was the whole fried snapper, pork chops, and mashed potatoes. The steak we ordered was pretty good but on the salty side. Overall the place was nice and clean, had great water views, and courteous staff. The food was generously portioned and good enough for me to want to come back and try their breakfast.
Service was great, food was good. My daughter ordered a medium rare steak and it came cooked pretty well done, but server said she could re-order it.
Glass of wine I ordered was delicious.
Early dinner after travel. Convenient and tasty.
Had the whole snapper, which was fried to oblivion and the salad with shrimp, which presumably had a whole shaker of salt spilled on it before landing at the table. Just eat at Disney Springs.
Food was outstanding, best chicken sandwich I have ever had. Kids meal was great. Service was awesome
Overall everything was fabulous. We did have to have them turn down the music but other then that is was great and I would highly recommend your restaurant to anyone.
We always eat here while staying at Hilton. Always great food and nicest staff
We had reservations for 9:00 P.M. When we arrived there at 8:55 we were told the staff was just cleaning off our table and we'd be seated right away. Perfect, we thought. We took a seat in their waiting area. Other people started coming in, walk ins who were seated immediately. We were finally called up around 9:30 to be seated. When we turned the corner to enter that dining area the entire place was empty. All the tables were set and cleaned. For what looked like hours. Ok, bad beginning but let's give the wait staff a chance. Another 20 minutes went by before we were even acknowledged. "Its so busy right now, I'm so sorry." Again...it was an empty dining room aside from my wife and I and two other couples that were seated before us with no reservation. Once the food was ordered it came out pretty quick and tasted freshly cooked so that's good. The food overall was average at best considering what the prices were. Will not be going back.
We were staying in the hotel. We made reservations and were met by friendly staff & amazing food! The server made sure we received our food quickly. Especially after we mentioned we were hungry after a long day. I ate every bite of my salmon...
They literally ruined my special occasion. No one was organized, they delivered bread to the table and 15 minutes later the butter came. I could go on but my time is worth more.
Festejamos new year 2019, pero la cocina cerró 22:30 y no pudimos pedir postre, ni hacer sobremesa
It was better than we expected! The food was prepared just as we requested. Even the chef came and made sure it was properly made to our choice.
When we booked this we did not realize it was in a Hotel - the food was very good - the atmosphere was too bright - lights could be turned down lower to give a more cozy feel. Service was great - restaurant was quiet at 8:00 on a Thursday night - guessing because Disney Springs is across the street with a lot of other options - but this was very nice and good value - portions were large - could have easily shared a dinner.
The characters and the food on the buffet was amazing but service was poor. If you get the buffet it seems like you are mostly on your own. Good luck with drink refills and getting the check.
Not a bad place for a bite to eat. Reasonable prices
Steak was a little tough and service was just ok considering that they weren’t very busy . Would definitely go back
Went here late after attending the parks all day and wanted some real food. Ordered the snapper and it was really tasty, so much so my kids 7 and 9 kept picking at my fish. My husband had the steak which he enjoyed and thought the mash potatoes were outstanding. All in all great meal
The food was very good. However, the restaurant is located in a Hilton hotel that caters to large business meetings. The atmosphere was very business-like with literally pictures of books on the walls and tables that are reminiscent of a cafeteria. I would highly recommend it for business meetings but not for vacationers. Also, you should ask for your parking to be validated. When I was there on a Sunday, the unvalidated price was $18.
Our waiter David was great! Very attentive and gave excellent service. The bourbon pecan pie was awesome!
