Less Than Greater Than

The food was good as usual, but going on Tiki Tues it was disappointing that the music was random rock-ish. Kind of ruined the vibe.

Our dinner was great and the staff was very attentive and friendly. We were celebrating a special occasion and they surprised us with a free dessert at the end which topped off a great evening. All the food and cocktails we had were delicious and we definitely plan on coming again.

We had a marvelous time at Less Than Greater Than. From the moment we flicked the light to get greeted until we had the infused ice cream everything was top notch.

Kelly our server was very knowledgeable in the unique drinks that they have available. Our table of eight sampled many of the drinks and all were delicious. The menu was not extensive but their food was delicious. I had the short ribs and they melted in my mouth.

This Speakeasy is certainly a jewel. The atmosphere, food and drinks were all extraordinary. One person in our party was gluten free and they went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable with his meal.

I felt the menu was limited and recent changed. The cocktails were interesting, but expensive. Food was excellent flavor.

The service was great, very friendly and the bartender made a custom drink for me based on what I was looking for and she nailed it! The food is good but not quite worth the very high prices. The brioche bun was not very briochey, stiff and dense. It's kind of okay because we had such a nice experience otherwise. I would definitely recommend

My cocktail was disappointing - very bland with too much ice. I asked if the bartender could boost the banana and coconut liqueurs a bit - I was told a firm “no” and received 3 slices of fresh banana, which did absolutely nothing. It was a lot of nothing for $12. My burger on the other hand was delicious - however I came more for the cocktail (Tiki Tuesday)

Unique, Eclectic, Excellent

This place has such a good vibe. Once you pass thru the tip of the hat to the old days of prohibition... the secret entrance, etc. you find a comfortable space that excels with great food, drinks and service. Our waiter, Brad, couldn't have been more hospitable providing perfect service and a wonderful attitude. You really feel that everyone working here cares tremendously about what they do... a real professional attitude.

We loved our cocktails. My wife had their version of a Seabreeze (much better) and I tried a gin drink, Shapeless Days... fantastic, served up and perfectly chilled. A great start.

For chow, the dishes that most impressed were: Brassicas Salmoriglio... a dish centered on roasted cauliflower & Brussel sprouts... super fresh, so good. Scallops and Bacon... really great. The Pistachio Cherry Cheesecake... awesome! Other dishes, while very good, didn't rise to the heights of these dishes... The Duck Cassoulet, Fiddlehead Cacio e Pepe, Apple Almond Tarte Tatin.

Would also be fun to sit at the bar if you are a single or 2... the bartenders are real pros. For a different experience and a real treat, give this a try. We loved it.

Awesome restaurant

This place is incredible and I can't recommend it highly enough. We had a great time and can't wait to go back.

Great little spot, My wife and I always use this as our date night location. We go for the unique drinks and stay for the amazing burgers. Really fun atmosphere.

Second time. First time when the restaurant was new, the novelty was cute and the food was good although we did stick to a hamburger and lobster roll. Obviously it was good enough to come back. I wish we hadn’t. We ordered some of the more elaborate entrées and homemade chips and some kind of dip to start It all sounded very elaborate on the main menu, the homemade chips for soggy and the dip just do it andwas a step up from Lipton’s onion soup mix. Both entrées were extremely over salted. We didn’t finish our meals and ended up consuming gallons of water all night. Cocktails were overly sweet. And our server was just overly “friendly” but not particularly attentive. Our server insisted I try a cacktail he suggested With the caveat that if I didn’t like it I must return it for something else. He brought the cocktail and I wasn’t crazy about it and I told him so. He didn’t offer to take it back ?

Overall we left planning not to return.

The wait staff was robotic, as they were not willing to adjust my or question about a dessert. the menu offers a vanilla sundae, I asked if I could just have the ice cream without the sundae and the answer was no. I also asked for a drink without ice and was next to impossible to get. The waiter finally removed the ice after asking him four times. Not good.

Very fun place! Drinks are unique, can't wait to go back!

Very fun atmosphere! I went with two of my friends and we had no trouble hearing each other talk. The food was great- the hamburger was cooked nicely. I would say the wine is way overpriced. But the cocktails never disappoint.

The food is cutting edge. Professionalism is important here. The wine service could have been better; some important steps were skipped. Still 5 stars, everything else was perfect.

Great evening with friends. Finely crafted cocktails served with kind care, followed by very good food beautifully presented.

Always a good time here. The bartender is amazing and can make anything. Just watching her is good entertainment!

The food and ambiance was incredible. The only negative thing is the portions of the meals were small, but tasted amazing. I would definitely go back again.

Very expensive and small portions. I’m glad my boyfriend and I finally experienced the speakeasy, but we are in no rush to go back.

Less Than Greater Than is the best place in the entire state of Massachusetts to get food and cocktails. Hands down.

It's always a thrill to expose people to the less than greater than experience. It never fails to surprise and delight all we have brought there. The drinks, especially the boozy cocktails are just wonderful. We have eaten there and equally delighted with the unique offerings

This place gets better every time we visit. Spectacular traditional and original cocktails along with an interesting menu of very good food. Plus, the bartenders and wait staff are great. Super knowledgeable, yet very down to earth and hard working. Only negative was the fire alarm going off as a result of the apartments upstairs. Kind of a buzz kill for the time that it was sounding. Not really the restaurant's fault, though.

EXCELLENT Date Night or Foodie destination - a must try for anyone in the area or looking for a quick drive for a great experience. Fun concept as well as great drinks, food and service.

Great food. Wish portions were bigger. Was very cold I had to wear my jacket the whole time.

Very unique place. Lots of different drinks. Limited beer selection. Food was good, but very pricey and the portions were small. It was very loud with both music and chatter.

Classic drinks made from scratch by bartenders who bring mixology to something approaching performance art. More of a connoisseur bar than a restaurant, the actual food menu is good but limited. Dark, retro atmosphere supports the speakeasy theme. Highly recommend Less Than Greater Than for anyone seeking something classy to drink.

Food was great but scallop portion small for the $. $27 enter with 3 scallops. Left hungry.

The duck was exceptional as was the service!!

Great drinks and atmosphere. This was a first visit for several of our out of town friends and they had a great time. Tiki Tuesday was a hoot!
