We went to Leroy Fox on a Saturday night and were seated immediately with a reservation. It was our first time attending and we were a little taken aback by the number of kids and the noise level.
However, we have yet to find a sit-down restaurant serving good fried chicken in Charlotte so thought it would be worth the try. The food was just average. The chicken was good and moist, but the sides were not. The mashed potatoes and gravy were lukewarm, tasteless and gummy. The side salad I had was average. My husbands sweet potato tater tots were also barely warm and not crisp. Generally, if you don't have kids, not sure its worth the money...because the restaurant is not cheap!
