Subpar food and very limited wine list
Delicious dinner close to RWU where our daughter attends college. Reasonable prices and very nice server. Wish my martini was filled to the top of the glass but I’m being picky. Sat outside and really enjoyed our family dinner. Would return again.
Food was good, but service was poor and Manager was awful. Who charges $3 for a drop of wine sample to decide which bottle you want to buy? If your going to charge, it should be a decent size sample. But $3 really? Plus the server should absolutely warn someone. Manager said COVID was hard on them and they were losing money from wime samples. Are you kidding me? You are struggling because of crappy customer treatment! We went to dinner to sample the food prior to placing a large catering order for a party. We liked the food and I had picked out our food, but after the crappy treatment by the Manager I do not trust them and I will never use them and will probably never eat there again. Too much great food with great service all over Bristol!! Leo's may need to reevaluate why they are losing money.
Meal was average; nothing special. Same breaded veal cutlet was used for several dishes, adding different sauces to it.
Waitress charged me 1.50 for 1/4 cup of extra tomato sauce when the pasta did not have enough! No other restaurant ever did that, just gave sauce.
Wine sauce was lacking flavor. This restaurant was recommended to us. Obviously, the person did not know good Italian food.
Absolutely amazing authentic Italian. Highly recommend the chicken Marsala! Mauricio was phenomenal!
Excellent time at Leo's Restaurant. Food was very good and so was the service. Our party of three left happy.
Delicious meal as usual! Service was great as well.
Thank you very much for your nice review!
I was impressed with the variety of menu selections, but disappointed with their preparation. Al dente means that the pasta is firm but still cooked. Undercooked linguini is not al dente!
Thank you very much for your review and your comments, Sandy.
Our waitress was very attentive. The food was delish and reasonably priced. Will definitely return.
Thank you very much for your nice review!
Waitress was outstanding the food was unbelievable especially the pasta and beans great value very clean
Thank you very much for your nice review!
Terrible food. Disappointing.
To celebrate my sister and brother-in-law’s anniversary, we chose to celebrate at Leo’s knowing we would be served a delicious meal. From the calamari, chicken soup and the chicken and veal parmigiana, we definitely made the right choice. Great service, devious food at great prices, Leo’s is the restaurant to go to.
Excellent all around !!!
Rhode Island residents 80+ years we ordered seafood stuffies tasted like bad fish. We were told it was the clam trust us we know clams unfortunately we didn’t eat them and still charged. Food very salty. I ordered angel hair pasta and received penne no big deal.
Overall over seasoned food, salt, garlic. Not a fan. We have lived near by for 15 years always wanted to try and will not be back.
Nice location, service was good and the foot matched it. We would certainly go again.
The food was disappointing overall. None of the entrees met expectations. The wine and cocktails were second rate. On the other hand, the outdoor seating was pleasant. Lots is traffic noise.
The food was excellent. We both had luncheon salads. We enjoyed the Spinoni for dessert-it was outstanding. Our server was very attentive.
Leo’s continues to impress. Great food and great service. Samantha is a sweet server who always ensures your experience at Leo’s is top notch!
Food was excellent, server Tina was very attentive. Love the atmosphere, older building, tin ceilings, big windows. Appears to be a local gem.
Delicious food at very reasonable prices all served by a wonderful, personal, professional waiter.
Anniversary 34 years
Food & service was very good! We will be back!
This restaurant is s wonderful neighborhood old school great restaurant. It feels homey and their waitstaff well informed and helpful. The dishes were prepared when ordered and delivered hot from the kitchen. Great flavors in our dishes. My husband had the lobster & shrimp fra diablo along with linguini. Sauce was perfectly balanced snd seafood cooked perfectly. What a pleasure. I had the Leo’s beef bracioli done well. Larger portion than expected. We finished off our meal with the old school Spumoni.
We shall be back to try more items on their menu.
Lobster ravioli was delicious! Excellent espresso martinis! Great service and food came quickly.
From the moment we walked in to our last sip of wine it was exceptional! Our server Tina was just the best, personable, helpful, always smiling. Having just moved to Bristol early April, Leo’s is the first spot we felt completely comfortable and very very satisfied. The food is excellent. We will definitely make this a regular dining spot.
Thank you very much for your nice review, Harry. We really appreciate it and it makes us happy to know you had a great time at Leo's. We hope to see you soon!
Food was great, service was very slow.
Thank you very much for your review
We really enjoyed our dinner last night. Food was delish and our server Samantha was excellent. We will return and try something else on the menu.
Thank you very much for your review, Wayne! We hope to see you again soon
Tina our waitress was very attentive and pleasant. Saturday night and place was busy. Food was outstanding and portions we felt were generous. Have been there before and will return.
Thank you very much for your review, David!
Started off asking about a couple drinks on the menu, the waitress could not answer what was in the Sangrias. Also asked if the pasta was made in the restaurant and couldn’t answer that either. I would have been ok if she said she could ask the Chef but was not given that option. My meal was over garlicky with no appearance of fresh garlic so I’m assuming they use garlic powder or salt. My wife’s Marinara was tasteless, basically tomato sauce with some Italian seasoning thrown in.
Overall it was not what we would have expected based on the reviews. Probably won’t go back. There are much better options in Bristol for real Italian cuisine.
Thank you for your review and your comments. We will take your valuable comments to have a discussion with our staff and improve the customer experience.
Excellent service and high quality food, as usual. Five stars and highly recommended!!!

Thank you very much for your review. We're sorry about the music being too loud and we'll monitor that in the future, thank you for pointing it out.

Thank you very much for your rating Brian! It's always a pleasure to have you at Leo's.
My Family and I went there on a Sunday afternoon place was quite and we quickly found out why they were out of soda said their machine was broke the children were not able to get a beverage nor where they able to make any time of mix drink and they were out of juice well it is pretty poor not to send an employee to the store for soda and juice ! As I said it was the afternoon and they planned I staying open till nine. Also they were out of a few items on their menu which is not very big there is one beef choice that they were out of ! The serve try to do his best but customers should be told there is no soda and can make drinks as well before they sit ! Will not be returning no worth the drive lots of better restaurants in Bristol
Natalie, thank you very much for your review and your comments. We apologize for the issue with the soda machine which broke in the middle of the lunch shift and left us out of soda and juices. Unfortunately, due to staffing issues we were not able to send somebody to the store to get beverages and temporarily solve the situation. Our deepest apologies for the inconvenience.
