   We were delighted by our first time at Leo’s. We got a reservation easily, and the nights highlight was definitely our server, Chrystal. She was a breath of fresh air- such a warm, friendly, positive spirit who was genuinely invested in us having an exceptional experience. She made our evening such an enjoyable one- we will be back and insist on being in her section! Can’t say enough good things about her!

   LEO'S Social has the potential to be a very successful Italian Restaurant. I feel the decor of the restaurant is very sterile. Our table was in direct view of all the continual traffic on the Cary Parkway right out of our dining room window; very distracting. Large potted plants, etc. could help hide this view from the Dining Room and would help improve ambience Our Martini"s were very skimpy in volume....about 2/3 full. Appetizers were hot and delicious, but our entrees suffered. I feel the kitchen fired our dinners with our apps so the entrees were held under heat lamps until serving making them just warm; not HOT upon delivery. It's all about timing for a great meal.

   Just boring. The artichoke dip was average, nothing special about it. My entre was a Shrimp Risotto. Initially, the top layer seemed promising and tasted decent. However, as I continued to eat, the quality quickly declined. Unfortunately, everything underneath that initial layer was a disappointing mixture of soggy and overly soaked ingredients. The shrimp, in particular, was a letdown. It was overcooked to the point where it might as well have been boiled carelessly. It had no discernible flavor and the only somewhat redeeming aspect was its unfortunate pairing with the bland and watery mixture it was served in. Overall, this dish left me wanting more complexity and skill. The potential hinted at by the top layer was wasted due to the subpar execution and lack of taste in the subsequent components. I find it difficult to recommend this dish to anyone looking for a satisfying and flavorful dining experience. One other note. It is open design, with high ceilings. When crowded, you will need to speak loudly for anyone at your table to hear you.

   Wonderful evening, we ate outside on the patio. Susan our server was very knowledgeable of the menu items, which was greatly appreciated. One dish was eggplant parm, nice thick slices of lightly breaded skinned eggplant in a light sauce. Another was Salmon, perfectly cooked, veal parm very tender and lush, the fourth entree was chicken scallopini. Every one of the dishes were delish! I would recommend you give this restaurant a try.

   Service was amazing. Our server was literally running to try to get things for us. He was great. We had a reservation 15 minutes before close and they didn't make us feel rushed at all.

    We regret going there and definitely wouldn’t go back or recommend. The service was the worst we have ever had. The food also took forever to arrive (our waitress kept forgetting our table and didn’t check on us), our pre-reserved table wasn’t ready and the kids were getting restless, it took 2.5 hours for us to eat bc our food took so long, and mine was burnt and cold and had to be replaced. It still was mediocre at best, even warm, and my replacement was still burned in spots on the bottom. The food was worse than you would get at even an Olive Garden, but at a higher price point with smaller portions. The tacky photos of a model trying to pose seductively on the wall felt very out of place and killed what would otherwise be a nice ambiance. This is a poor quality restaurant masquerading as something classier than it really is. There are so many restaurants in the area that are actually nice and serve good food with great service-no reason to have to settle for Leo’s! The only thing decent was the dessert and the kids food (surprisingly large portions and decent price). Oh, and when the waitress finally remembered we had ordered appetizers forever ago, they weren’t too bad. Nothing special but not terrible. But we all agree the adult entrees were disgusting. If you want decent Italian, look elsewhere! If you want halfway decent service, you should also look elsewhere.

    Arrived 3 minutes late for a 6:45 reservation on Mother's day. I get that they are busy. Waited a few minutes, and were seated at 6:51. At 7:26 I went to find the front of house manager to ask who our server was. In the mean time 2 other tables had been seated and been greeted, and had water. One of the other tables had drinks that they had brought with them from the bar. That table received their appetizer while I was searching for the manager. When the manager came to our table, she promised to correct the service, and offered a free appetizer. When we asked for calamari, she produced one from behind her back. Our server supposedly hadn't been informed that she was supposed to serve us, even though we were seated in her section. She offered us water, and served four glasses of water for our party of five. We sent the calamari back with her as it was cold. The next calamari appetizer seemed to be the same one, only microwaved as it was rubbery and not crispy. Our server brought our soft drinks with the 'new' calamari. The drink glasses had what appeared to be flecks of lettuce in them from the dishwasher. I told my kids not to drink them, and we would get new ones when the server came back. I went to find the manager again at 7:40 to ask for our check, and was told she would take care of it. We left, hungry. We won't be back. I've been to this restaurant previously for business meetings. Unfortunately I will also no longer be bringing clients here.

    Our 4th visit was on Mother’s Day. Being the busiest day of the year for restaurants we didn’t expect great service. We were wrong. Everything was very good and the team appeared to be well prepared. We will look forward to our next visit.

    I was so looking forward to eating here for Mother's Day. My father's name was Leo. Bottom line is they were not prepared for the Mother's Day dinner hour. EXCEPTIONALLY slow service, meal lost. They made it up to us, but very frustrating service. The food was good to me, but it's hard to justify a one and one-half hour wait with two babies when the table next to us with four adults received their food more than a half an hour before us.

    First time coming. Food was definitely not what I expected at all. Food had no flavor. All the sauces were the same on every meal. No seasoning on the food…. And I love Italian food but this was not it at all. Olive Garden taste better than this. Very disappointing and definitely not worth the price we paid at all. The menu was not flexible either so that was disappointing as well…Now for the good stuff: drinks were definitely good. Appetizers taste better than our meals. Great ambience…. Would probably just come back for drinks and appetizers on Thursday with the live music….

    We went to this restaurant for a graduation/mother's day celebration and it was perfect! Our server was so kind and attentive. The hosts made sure we had seating that was comfortable for the group of different age ranges. They seated our reservation on time and the food and drinks were excellent!

    Excellent Italian restaurant. Spacious and clean, friendly service, everything we ordered was top notch. Alfredo was light and tasty, pasta and red sauce were prepared perfectly. Best cannoli in the area.

    We had a graduation celebration dinner for my son at Leo's and our server, Crystal, went out of her way to make it a special night. She was very attentive even though the restaurant was crowded, and even brought us champagne for a toast at the end of the night. Thanks for making our family feel well-cared for!

    A little disappointing on this visit. The veal parm was way over cooked and over salted. Baked pasta was lacking sauce and cheese as expected. Portions on the small sized. Might give them another chance since previous visit was better.

    Requested and confirmed a table for six not a booth. First couple arrived and was seated at a booth which normally seats 2-4 people. Booth was dirty and still wet. Upon request a table was set up but it was within inches of the front door. Service was slow. Received 4 slices of bread for six people and we requested additional during meal - we were given one additional piece. My pasta dinner was only moderately warm and my husband's dinner portions were small.

    Both the food and level of service was very good. No issues here. The atmosphere was lacking. The interior of the restaurant should be redesigned by a knowledgeable person in the business. The bar's position needs to be reconfigured. The booths are not very appealing. One large room with no atmosphere.

    The food was ok. The bread was stale. Or it was over baked. My husband got the salmon and that was very good. I got pasta with shrimp and lobster. All the elements were cooked perfectly but the sauce had too much pepper. I couldn’t finish it as it was too spicy. We ordered tiramisu for dessert and it was exactly what you would get at a grocery store. I was not impressed. We may try it again since the salmon was good.

    We enjoyed our meal at Leo's. The calamari was delicious! We also had the carbonara and the shrimp fra diavolo which were also both very nice. They also had live music in the background which set the mood even better.

    My group really liked it. Our server, Christal, really made the evening special. She was a true gem! Everyone liked the food, although the Italian entrees got better reviews than the general Farr (e.g., the sirloin). At dinner time, the tables by the West side windows get a ton of sun. It is easy to see how, during busier times, this place could be very loud. It was fine for us, though.

    Overall this is a great place for date night. The bread they gave us at the table was soft and fluffy. The oil and vinegar they gave us with it was okay but, the bread was good by itself as well. The Caesar salad was fresh but the croutons were hard to bite into. The Shrimp Diavolo was very good, if I could I would've had seconds. The drink I got (Jack and Jill) was really good, I ordered a second. The Tiramisu was disappointing. Our server Alyssa was amazing, attentive and friendly.
