Seated per our reservation time. Waitress was courteous and followed up appropriately. The food was about 45 minutes from the time of order and was average quality at best. Helping size was large.

Absolutely the worst experience. Food overcooked, served cold,seated promptly but not near a window as requested. Was told none were available , but there were three tables empty by windows when we left. Staff generally indifferent regarding prompt service.Will not go back.

Enjoyed Leo’s at the Cuyahoga Falls location in August and was so impressed by the food and feeling of that passed down through the family homemade recipes. Even my kids were so excited about going back because the food had been so terrific. Took my dad tonight for his birthday with my family and definitely did not get the same experience. Appetizers were great, but entrees weren’t the same as I had at the other location. All the food was lukewarm, lite sauce on the various pasta dishes, flavor wasn’t what I was expecting. Definitely disappointed because my first visit had been so memorable. If we go back it won’t be at this location. Cuyahoga Falls location set the bar so high I hope it wasn’t a fluke because tonight I could’ve gone to Olive Garden and been satisfied because at least there I know what i’m getting.

Love having a brunch spot that has both breakfast and lunch options and has the menu available on Saturdays! We will definitely return. My friend did wish that a vegetarian quiche option was available, but that really didn't dampen our experience.

We had a real nice family dinner there. There was some love music playing that really added to the experience. It also wasn’t so loud that it was distracting and take away from our dinner conversation. It was a great experience all around

Lasagna was average size and dry with little sauce. Steak was ordered medium rare and arrived very well done. Our server Kyle was excellent and brought a much improved replacement steak but overall not great experience for the money.

My pasta (carbonara) was a bit dry. The bread was outstanding. The drinks were delicious. Service was a bit slow but it was busy due to the wine festival crowd. Overall good meal.

Great service, very friendly. Great space especially love the open air feel with the glass open. Value is ok but not great. But there’s little value in most things these days. Will come back again.

Food and drinks were excellent. My daughter and I split beef carpaccio, I had chicken Parmesan and she had the shrimp fra diavolo. We each had a Jack and Jill, split the ooey gooey butter cake (that was absolutely one of the best deserts I’ve ever had). I had one extra drink (limoncello drop). All that came to $110 before tip. A little pricey, but worth it. The only thing I had a small issue with was service. After being seated, I had to ask the host if we had a server as we had been sitting for over 10 mins and nobody approached us for even water. I think they were short staffed as service was a little slow. Also, more time needs to be spread out between apps and entrees. We only had our carpaccio for about 5 mins when our entrees were brought out, so they got a little cold sitting there while we finished our appetizer. I did make a reservation and asked for a patio table, but none were available outside, so that was a little disappointing. Overall, excellent food and ambiance. Will definitely be back for a special occasion due to the higher price point.

Our server was working hard but had too many tables to keep up with. Food was ok. Not great but not terrible. Atmosphere in restaurant is stark white. The previous Brio restaurant was much more warm and inviting.

First time trying this restaurant, overall my husband and I loved it and will be back again! We were a little annoyed that the waitress said they ran out of bread to have while we waited for drinks / apps but then the table next to us got some just a few mins later. Other than that the food was incredible and the waitress was SO nice and helpful with suggestions.

It was very warm in the restaurant. While the live entertainment was nice, it was very loud which made it difficult to communicate with those at our party. Some dishes seemed under-seasoned. Water was not refilled.

Consistently good. We dine here often. Nice happy hour, too. We especially like sitting outside in warm weather or the bar’s back couch area. Love the cauliflower appetizer and flat breads.

Would never return. My fish was rancid. My mothers shrimp was soggy and flavorless. The bread came out raw. Our server was mediocre. The kids food had no taste. The Caesar salad was inedible. Tomatoes in the caprices r were mushy and should not have been served. Nobody came to check on us or offer any assistance.

Unfortunately my soft shell crab dinner was overseasoned the fries undercooked. My husband's cabonara dinner was bland he had time use my mayonnaise for flavoring... this dinner experience along with our previous experience with Burntwood has led us to believe the quality in their food that used to be there is no longer there

The waitress didn’t ask us if we wanted appetizers or salads. The food came out literally 5 minutes after we ordered and without the Caesar salad. The restaurant and bar was empty yet it seemed like they really wanted to turn the table. The waitress didn’t sell us on anything. There were no specials or seasonal items. This is essentially a chain store priced as a high end restaurant.
