We warmly welcome you to Leonessa- an Italian-Inspired Kitchen & Bar on beautiful Route 6A in Yarmouth Port. Husband & Wife team, Chef Owner Diego Mota and Owner & General Manager Taylor Amara bring exceptional scratch made regional Italian cuisine and impeccable service to this iconic neighborhood. Combining the best of food and beverage of Italy along with the influences of its bordering neighbors coalesces into a dynamic, modern and elevated culinary experience. Chef Diego and Taylor's dream to pour their true love and passion for food, beverages, and hospitality is realized with every service. Reservations are for tables in each our four unique dining rooms while the Bar welcomes guests on a first come first serve basis. Once again Leonessa hit a home run! We started with the bluefin tuna tartare which was amazing and so fresh. My husband had the aged carnaroli risotto which came with an enormous piece of swordfish as well as little necks and mussels. It was delicious! I had the duck which was very flavorful, moist and cooked perfectly. The portion was huge and ended up bringing most of it home. We finished with the Nutella crème pot. It was light and delicious. We love Leonessa!

All the food and drinks were exquisite at Leonessa! Our server was incredibly attentive, and especially proactive in helping us with an allergy to make sure all food was safe. This has become our favorite restaurant on Cape Cod.

Veal Milanese was delightful! Gazpacho.. love the presentation!! List of wine features all OLD world, small vintages Most importantly: QUITE and cozy environment. Easy to converse with your party, in an intimate space. Looooove it!!

We so enjoyed our time at Leonessa. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday. And we couldn’t have picked a better place . The food was amazing and service was first rate. It is definitely a 5 star restaurant.

Beautiful entrance, wonderful attention and we appreciated the management stopping by our table, a great menu, both beautifully written with lovely options. Wine was superb and we loved the bread service, our appetizers were the carpaccio and the garden salad which were both delicious. Our entrees were the risotto and vongole which were super but, the gemelli ragú could have been better - it was excessively oily, greasy. Finally, the cappuccino gelato was both creamy and delicious. We will definitely be back!!!!!!

We visited Leonessa for the fourth time. We had two friends with us celebrating an anniversary. We were so impressed again with the extraordinary food. Familiar dishes like crab cakes and veal Milanese were just delicious with surprising preparations. The spicy duck dish was just amazing. The wine list has just about everything you want as well as very well crafted cocktails. The service is friendly and professional. We had a great time. Highly recommended.

Did an early bird prior to a show at the Cape Cod Playhouse very timely food was excellent. Tomato gazpacho was a standout as well as the bluefin tuna tartare.

A group of us exempt to dinner at Leonessa after seeing Buddy Holly at the Playhouse We were in a great mood, the staff was attentive, the food was great. It made for a perfect afternoon and evening. A diner at the next table was no taken by the sight of our pork chop dinner that he ordered the same and told us he thought it was excellent.
