I will never be booking this place again. As someone with 10,000+ points on here, this place is using Open Table to get tourists in the door and the worst experience I have had. I’ll be short as I don’t want to waste my time even more: -No greeter -Confusion on where to sit/order -Two employees said they don’t take reservations (totally using open table to get people in) -Bar staff do the table service and are more busy serving people at the hotel bar -long waits for order, and cheque….I actually left cash on the table as they never came back -There were 10 people sitting at the bar, and 3 tables eating, so it’s wasn’t even moderately busy -Food is touristy and cheap…and over priced Ugh, sorry for the rant, I typically leave good reviews, but this was the worst one I have ever been to on open table.

Advertised many items with nice pictures -- but not available from current menu. Did not like the order/pay at counter -- this is not Chipotle.

Few hours before our reservation we looked up this restaurant online and it said that it was temporarily closed. We tried calling, but after dialing about 5 times, we gave up. When we got to the restaurant, it turned out that no reservations were required. We had to wait in line, place an order and get a number. Then the waiter brings food to your table according to the number. I wish this was specified ahead of time. Food is ok if like fast food, like pizza or quesadillas. Salads had wilted leaves, but tasted ok.
