Delicious food, great ambience. Really love the themed decor and menu to match.
Took my parents from out of town to Lena's and they were so impressed with food & ambiance. Great food, mixed drinks, and atmosphere. I'm a repeat customer of both dine-in and takeout.
The service was terrible but the food was good
The food was very well seasoned with a really good flavor. I just wish it was hotter.
The drinks were good and the food too. Ambiance was great!
Ordered the pasta and pizza both items were delicious.
Great experience. Only negative was Open Table stating that I didn’t make my reservation and so I am nervous that they are going to try to charge me the deposit fee which I will be pretty upset about.
Loved the speakeasy theme. Food was good. Great time!
The food was EXCELLENT - I'm still thinking about the seasonal gnocchi!! - and the ambiance of The Loft was spot on. We were there for lunch but I imagine it must be amazing at night. I will definitely be going back.
Great night all around!
My party enjoyed happy hour downstairs and then at 7:00 pm we made our way up to the velvet and rye room for our reservation. I am so happy that I selected that space when booking the reservation. The 1920's speakeasy vibes were incredible. We were also there on Wine Wednesday and took advantage of ordering several bottles of wine which were half off. The food was all amazing. We had a party of 4 and ordered 5 entrees to share family style...partially because the entire menu looked so good and nobody could make a decision on one thing. Below are the times we ordered and my review:
Beet Salad- This was so good but I probably would not have ordered it as an entre. If you are not very hungry and looking to stay healthy this would be a great option.
Lena's Sunday Gravy- This was a beast and a complete contrast to the beet salad. It was hardy and very filling. This dish was amazing, I would certainly order it again.
Diavola- WOW just WOW this was the best thing we ordered. I never thought kale on pizza would be good but this blew me away.
Grilled Chicken Alfredo- Another amazing dish that I would certainly order again. It was filling but worth every bite.
Pork Belly- This was served on top of some sort of honey sauce. It was amazing. Thankfully this is served for sharing because I could have easily eaten all of the pieces myself!
Our server, I believe his name is TJ, was also amazing. He really made the dining experience a true experience.
Service was severely lacking. No one filled up empty ice tea glass or checked on if food was ok after placement. Garlic bread arrived ‘burnt’ hard and only one of four pieces were able to be bitten into. Was not overly crowded. Will avoid going here in the future.
Delicious food and service was great. Will definitely go back!!!!!
The food was delicious, we all had a different pasta dish, as well as the garlic bread and spinach and artichoke dip. Sat in the bar room this time instead of the tent because it was a very cold day and wasn’t sure of the heating in the tent.
Great food, Great Ambiance, Great customer service
A big disappointment.
After checking in on time for our 7.45pm reservation
Waitress needed to back into training. There was a very loud table which brought down the tone of the place.
As always, we found the apps and pasta to be amazing. The big meatball never disappoints. Brussels sprouts - top notch. Gnocchi du jour was fresh and tasty.
The pizzas are great but IMO don't measure up to Pupatella and are a bit on the pricy side.
Love the house wine!
Arriving was interesting. The hostess took our name for the reservation then fussed with the computer calling people over and ignoring us standing there- didn’t say just one moment or we will have you seated shortly. We awkwardly stood there wondering what was happening or if we were getting seated. Finally seated. Ordered a 100 dollar bottle of wine. Waitress arrived with no bottle opener then got one and proceeded to use the cork screw to scrape the foil off the top. She then proclaimed she didn’t know how to open the wine. We gladly took this very expensive bottle of wine from her, opened it ourselves, and poured it ourselves. We ordered the calamari because the waitress proclaimed it was amazing- well the 10 pieces we got for 15 dollars were nothing to get excited about. Tasted like a frozen app. Dinner arrived - my dad got chicken parm - the cheese on top wasn’t even melted as if they just threw a slice of mozzarella on top. The homemade pasta was thick and hard. This place is not worth a second chance.
Wonderful meal as always! The “Velvet & Rye” decor is incredible. Wonderful atmosphere, food was delicious, service was outstanding. Lena’s never disappoints
It was cool
Yet another excellent dining experience at Lena’s. The winter theme in the loft is amazing (I personally love the roaring 20s aesthetic in general). We were able to enjoy some new items as well as order old favorites. One of our group was a first timer and she loved it.
The Thanksgiving meal was outstanding. So glad we decided to make a reservation. Absolutely delicious!!!
We had a great meal and no clean up when we got home!
Overall a good experience. The turkey/stuffing, etc… wasn’t what I was expecting, stuffing wasn’t really cooked. My friends said their dinners were excellent. Always a good experience at Lena’s
Fun environment. Good food and drinks. Was very loud due to lots of hard surfaces.
Food was fantastic! Service was good, not over the top but not terrible either. The loft was a really cool space. Will definitely go back.
The food was ok. The chicken parm could’ve used a little more sauce. Pizza was delicious as always. The drink service was a little slow. The live band was a nice touch but a little loud and unexpected.
Very cute and chic. The layout is like black tire affair in the fall, and brunch vibes in the summer. Super cute.
Went during lunch and was one of like two or three tables there so it was perfect for a private lunch date. Everyone was great and the food was delicious. I love how they rotate themes Avery couple of months which makes this establishment unique and fun!
Food and interior were amazing but the service was sooooo bad. As soon as we walked in for our 9:15 reservation the hostess seemed upset, didn’t say anything to us until she sat us at our table and briskly stated that it was about to be last call. If the restaurant was taking reservations until 10pm, why wasn’t this noted on Open Table? Then the staff continued to clean and close the restaurant as there were 5+ tables seated, even dragging trash through the dining room past our tables. I couldn’t hear my date over the clanking of si
