Excellent outside brunch with good friends. Sebastian took great care of us. Will definitely return!
Seems like a hidden gem... even though it's only a few steps off of Bleecker St.! They only serve wine and beer - but don't let that be an issue. Their wine list is something to see and they are very prepared to make recommendations. The food is very traditional French, and is to-die for! You could go here for a fun shared-plate style wine dinner, or for a little wine date! The atmosphere is quiet, but it feels like it could get more rambunctious on a busy night - but in a good way. I almost didn't write a review because I want to keep it quiet for when I want a table!
We had such a good time and it was a combination of warmth from Jessica and her male colleague - they wanted to know about us, the food was so incredible; you must try the buratta which was one of the best we’ve had with sea salt, pesto and balsamic reduction and we each had the Tarte Flambe (Alsatian and another with added pesto), the crusts were thin and toppings fresh and generous!
We applaud they asked to show our Covid vaccination card!
Great experience! Thank you Sebastian!
Sebastian, the co owner is amazing!! I have been here a handful of times and have enjoyed every minute of it. Will keep coming back again and again! Also will keep recommending my friends ☺️ merci beaucoup Sebastian e Jessica Marie!!
Very limited brunch menu (omelettes etc) but what we had was really good. It's seldom that you find soft scrambled eggs any where. These were excellent! Some items on the main menu could be suitable for a brunch item. We'll go back.
Wonderful outdoor setting, tons of space, friendly staff, super good French food.
This charming spot not only has sectioned off tables, but a fabulous menu with interesting twists on classic French cuisine. The ambiance is beautiful, the wait staff was attentive and sweet, the food did not disappoint.
Absolutely Fantastic, some of the most authentic French in NYC
I've always enjoyed dining at Lena's with friends, especially for happy hour and dinner at the end of the week. This is the third and newest location that we've been to, and we tried some of their newer offerings on their menu (the beef tartare and the traditional Bouchée à la Reine for instance). Everything was delicious, including the waffle with whipped cream and chocolate sauce that we shared for dessert. The staff were friendly and made us feel warm and welcome. Overall, it was a great dining experience. I highly recommend Lena's for anyone who loves wine, French cuisine, and a cheerful, relaxed ambiance that feels like you're having a casual dinner party at your friend's place.
Amazing restaurant, great atmosphere and service
The menu feels like you are in Paris. Overall such a fun experience. Loved the wine list and will have to go back to try more of the dishes.
Excited to become a regular here! A true french experience in the heart of west village. So happy this place just opened up so close to me
Our experience at Lena West Village was lovely - the food was delicious, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the wine was superb. Can't wait to go back - it will definitely be one of our regular haunts from now on!
Good food, good drinks, good service, nice atmosphere.
Great place, great food and great people ! This new spot in West Village is a must go if you are looking for French classics in a cool atmosphere.
Approved & recommended (by a frenchy)
My girlfriend and I tried Léna for an early date night. The location is great, nice and cozy. Favorite part about the night aside from the awesome food, is the impressive wine selections. You can choose your bottle directly from the shelves. Highly recommend!

Amazing, this collaboration with the Chef David is bringing a lot of new textures, and flavors
I love the oysters plate.. great new add on for appetizers
I also tried the gambas basque style!!! Super tasty and very smooth finish!
For wine i tried the Saint Joseph from Chapoutier that Pierre recommended and again a perfect wine pairing
