We love Lelani's on the Beach - this is the 2nd time we have dined here on our current vacation. Both times we requested a window front table (on the OpenTable reservation) and both times our request was fulfilled. The food is fresh and the servers are friendly and professional. it's also a great place to watch the sunset, if you reserve the right time, and it's fun to watch the Catamaran's come in and unload on the beach in front of the restaurant after sunset. This is one of my favorite places to eat on Maui.

Went here based on recommendations by others and saved this place for our last night in Maul. I have to say we were both a bit disappointed. Entree came before we were finished with our appetizers which should be a big NoNo for a decent fine dining restaurant. My husband was finished with his entree by the time his 2nd glass of wine came. Server barely asked how our meal was. Food was fine but nothing that differentiates this place from other restaurants in the area. I just wasn’t impressed and would have gone back to HuiHui for our last night.

Highly recommend! The food was superb again. Parmesan Mahi Mahi and filet mignon were very good. The view is excellent. Music quality was awesome as well, but a little loud upstairs for the early seating. We come here every time we’re in Maui.

Go for the amazing view and entertainment for sure, but the food is just okay. Had a reservation and still waited 30 minutes for our table. Asked to sit by the railing to enjoy the ocean view, but was told the table wasn't ready. Three minutes later, another couple was seated there, very disappointing.. Food was underwhelming and very small portions. Our server was great through, and brought us a complimentary mud pie for our anniversary.

Definitely a go to in Maui. Service was fantastic, as well as the food!!! I had the herb roasted fish(monchong) that day, and the flavors were impeccable.. My boyfriend had the mahi mahi and said it tasted as good as last time we were there. 10/10 recommend.

Leilani’s is a must place for an excellent meal, great wait staff, and setting, every time we come to Maui. We first experienced it over 25 years ago and are never disappointed. Parmesan crusted Monchan or opacapaca is a bit of heaven on earth.

Our waiter Kevin was spot on! Very professional and yet humorous. We really enjoyed him. We had the prime rib (very soft and cooked to perfection) and the roasted vegetables platter. The food was very delicious! We were going back the next night, but we forgot to make reservations. Highly recommend asking for Kevin!!

Leilani's is a must on every visit to Maui. Our prior visit was pre-covid and this restaurant is still as good as ever. Our table was ready just a few minutes after our reservation time. We were seated at a table with a great view. Our server Kevin L was welcoming, helpful and professional and his service was outstanding. The food was excellent. We each had the Maui Fresh Salad (Upcountry greens, pickled Kapalua beets, cherry tomato, Surfing Goat cheese, toasted macadamia nuts, white balsamic vinaigrette - all local sourced). For our entree, my girlfriend enjoyed the Parmesan Crusted Mahi-Mahi. I enjoyed the Sesame Crusted Ahi Steak with a Shitake-Soy butter that was especially good. All the fish was locally grown. Prices were reasonable by Hawaii standards.

It was a lovely spot for a 50th anniversary dinner at sunset. Waitress was amazing and attentive. A complementary hula pie capped off the evening. Wonderful evening.

It was the perfect sunset dinner and dessert ending to a perfect day on Maui. Table was overlooking the ocean, our server, Eddie, was a great guy, appetizers and entrees were terrific. But the Hula Pie was unreal. It was worth every minute at the gym the next morning!
