Fabulous seafood especially the oysters. One of the best places for gluten free foodies in Boston. Waitress was extremely pleasant and professional.
We ate on President’s Day. Of course it was a stroller haven and noisy with children. :) The food was great and Emma, our server, was fantastic!!! She was attentive and prompt and actually seemed to enjoy her job of waiting on families with an even child-adult ratio. Thanks Emma!
Anna is the best server
Disappointed with the food. It was like a Red Lobster, seemed low quality even though you could tell the seafood was good quality. Thai calamari was awful, just covered it in sweet chili sauce so it was soggy and disgusting. Their "signature" crab cakes were tasteless and mushy and looked very unappetizing, like grey baby food. Would not go back.
Service was awful. We waited about five minutes after being seated to simply be acknowledged. Waiter got the Calamari order wrong and when we brought it to her attention she said, "Sorry about that." Then she failed to bring the lobster bisque we ordered.
We had family & friends in town from out of state. They had heard about Legal Seafood and requested we go there. They loved the Wharf restaurant
Fantastic food. My favorite stop every time I'm in Boston!
Always excellent! Return again and again. Great food.
Location is interesting, service was friendly and attentive, but the food was terrible. Chowder was goopy, not fresh, and just a mouthful of cream. Filet was very low quality meat with bad texture and no taste. Kids' fish sticks smelled and tasted old. Lobster was ok and the sauteed spinach was good. We didn't have high expectations going in, but the restaurant still severely underperformed. So many other great places to eat, so we were pretty bitter that a Bostonian recommended this restaurant.
Our waitress, Harmony was amazing and fun! She had great food recommendations and always checked on us
