Legal Seafoods is very consistent Good food and excellent service Copley Legal location is convenient and has a great ambiance
Always great service from the bartender - Connor!!
I enjoyed dinner and drinks at Legal Sea Foods! It's a great spot for a date, and the food is good.
Good food. Friedly service. reasonable price.
My friend and I stopped here in a bind and really enjoyed it! Highly recommend the lobster roll. Look forward to coming back soon.
Clearly new staff, but they will get the swing soon. Overall, very much enjoyed the experience.
Will go to a different legals in the future.
Seafood was fresh, just don’t get the filet.
First it came out bloody then they cooked it way over well done. I ordered medium well to begin with. No flavor. So disappointing.
We had lunch with our grandson - we all had the clam chowder which was excellent. The Cesar Salad and whole belly clams were also great. We look forward to going back.
Great food, great service! Will go back for sure .
Great meal! Excellent service! Loved the lobster roll and lobster mac n cheese.
Our food was amazing ... but our server was even more amazing— can’t think of her name offhand; but she was young, part time with a child and from Ocala Florida as well. She deserves this notation. She made our experience so much more enjoyable.
Great waitress and food!
An awesome choice for date nite, special occasion or just a relaxing meal.
Wish they would bring back the old menu miss the jasmine special chowder was delicious as usual food good but missing the old stand bys
My boyfriend and I had a dinner here, we started with fish tacos, fried oysters and crab cake as appetizers. All appetizers were delicious. As Entrees, we picked Yellow Fin Tuna Steak and Whole Steamed Lobster. Every order was very tasty except Tuna Steak, it was big disappointing. Besides that, I can say that we enjoyed having dinner here.
Food was good, will absolutely comeback! A place where you can get good food and are able to talk to those around you
Comfortable spacing between tables. Good wine list. Nice music.
I went during Dine Out Boston week, I chose the Buffalo Fried Oysters as an appetizer and the Beer Battered Fish & Chips as the main course and it was delicious. The best Fish & chips I've ever had. The service I received from Martha B was great, she always made sure I was satisfied with my meal and if I needed anything extra. The location is relaxed and definitely worth the money.
They had a great Boston Restaurant Week menu! And as always, their bartender - Connor - is a delight!
Service was good but food not up to Legal standards except for shrimp cocktail (great). Limited menu is also a bummer but goes with the times.
Food and service was great! All the staff were polite and helped in any way and the food was amazing.
From I’d was great and staff were very attentive to our needs
The place is lovely and the service perfect. However, the food was not great and therefore too expensive.
This restaurant has been highly recommended by several of my Boston friends. Don’t know if they visited this particular location or not. I got a lot of food, but my fried shrimp was almost inedible and felt like it still had the shell on under the batter. My daughter had the lobster roll, and for $35, I expect more than 80% bun and 20% lobster - less than 1 cup of lobster
We came for a business dinner, and wanted to order appetizer while we figure out the main dish. Our waitress couldn’t understand that, did not really listen when we talked to her, and we ended up without the main dish, because by the time we ate appetizer and her not coming to take our next order, it was close to the closing hour (which she did not inform us about and did not try to ask for a ‘last fall’ or anything like it would be normal in better service establishments) and chef refused to make us mussels which is 10 min cooking in your home kitchen.
We will for sure never go back to that place.
Great food. Good service. Menu changed and wish they would bring back lobster bisque
I eat at Legal’s often and it never disappoints!
I ordered the baked stuffed lobster. Pricey but delicious. Stuffed with a more than ample amount of shrimp and scallops. I will definitely order this again! The waiter made excellent wine pairing suggestions. My companion was also very pleased with his dinner. Over all a very pleasant experience
Despite Covid, I had a nice dining experience. The seafood was fresh and well prepared. I also liked the option of gluten free bread
Seems like going through motions. No atmosphere, dirty
Unfortunately they ran out of lobster on Valentine’s Day by 7pm. Very disappointing. The chowder and crab appetizer was very good though.
We went here for Valentine’s Day and had the best clam chowder. The manager was providing phenomenal service and she was doing a great job of multitasking on such a busy night. Very good food.
Everything as expected — delicious seafood and market price. Luckily, management was very accommodating to pushing back our reservation after our Uber cancelled on us.
Valentine’s Day dinner. Me and my boyfriend had a great night!
They just expanded the menu - bringing back some favorites like baked stuffed shrimp. The tuna steak dinner is also delicious.
Our favorite server - the bartender on Tuesday nights!
excellent choice for quiet, socially distanced lunch
Great food, great atmosphere
Standards remain very high. It's a regular destination for us in several locations, including Logan Airport when traveling. We look forward to the return of the fried onions to the menu. They're the best!

Not as good as the one in Braintree.. spicy fish and chips weren’t as spicy and the fries were meh
