Legal Sea Foods - Atlanta Ratings and Reviews
the service we had was shocking...a few of us had cold food when told about it...they never replaced it....one person asked for another drink when their drink was still 1/3 full...she took that drink then he waited about 15 minutes for another.
have been to many other Legal Sea food restaurants which were good...this one sucks!
we were told they were so busy....when we got there there were so many empty tables
From start to finish my service was exceptional. I made a reservation and although I was a little late they still accommodated me and I was seated as soon as I arrived. Our server Tae was very upbeat and energetic, he also had great knowledge of the menu and his suggestions were superb, as this was our first time dining here. The manager Reggie and general manager Peter came around to check on everyone and asked how our dining experience was going and offered to get anything else to accommodate us. When the food arrived it was awesome, from the presentation to the taste, Chef Cat did really well and the food was the best and freshest seafood I’ve had in Atlanta.
We had a great time at Legal Seafoods on Valentine's day. We were a bit skeptical in booking due to some bad reviews we saw. Our experience was excellent--our server could not have been more attentive and friendly. We were seated and served quickly despite a very busy day. My husband's tuna was more medium than medium rare, but he was fine with it. I loved my lobster. Would definitely visit again when in Atlanta
My wife and I had a great time celebrating Valentines Day. Our server Heather was fantastic, she was very attentive and continually looked for ways to enhance our experience. However, we and another couple had to complain about the music. Here we were trying to enjoy a romantic evening on Valentines Day and you all were playing "loud Rap Music". Your management should be keen and sensitive to the occasion. My wife and I are African Americans and the majority of your customers were the same. However, it did not appear that anyone enjoyed such poor choice of music. This music and not having a candle on the table were discouraging. Your management did eventually changed the music to something more appropriate for the occasion.
I hope our future visits does not find us complaining about the same, otherwise we will be your ex-customers. Again, we had a great time with great food and a fantastic server.
All the best,
Winston and Margaret
