Todo delicioso, el servicio increíble y no esperamos mucho!!! La vista es muy agradable.
It was our first time at Legal Seafoods and our first time in Boston! We really loved the food and environment.
We got a patio table which is front seat to the beautiful water. Our server could have been a little bit more elegant. Swordfish entrees was good. Sashimi was good. The Dragon rolls were meh (or not fresh) . Cesar salad was very disappointing, no flavor whatsoever. The added scallops on the salad was overcook . Honestly not the quality I expected from Legal Harborside
Great foid and service. Great view.
Great location, friendly staff, had a handover at shifts end that left service a bit wanting...food was good...overall a solid experience.
Krystal was amazing! Never a dull moment when she’s working!
Best Clam Chowder ever !
The server was great. Front of house was rude. Food is over priced for the quality. Nothing special for the price point.
This was our first visit to the Legal Harborside. We had a wonderful dinner and the service was excellent. The occasion was the belated celebration of my birthday, and we were seated by the window with a marvelous view of Boston Harbor.
Did not serve us for our 21st birthday even though we had 3 forms of ID to prove it. Even had a valid identification. Ruined the birthday mood
We’ve been to Legal Harborside 3 times and it’s always fantasticly fresh food, friendly service and generally a wonderful night out. I can’t speak for the rest of the chian but the flagship restaurant is always on point.
Good food, very good service. Great view and clean ocean air.
Great view. Super nice waiter and front host. The place looked worn and bathroom had tissue and towels all over the floor. Food just okay .
The food was subpar, the boat exhaust was nauseating, and our waitress was disinterested.
We had a table on the deck near the water, which was lovely. The service was friendly and attentive. My lobster was wonderful! My husband had shrimp scampi which was delicious.
Great meal of Baked Stuffed Lobster stuffed full of scallop and shrimp. Sat on patio overlooking Boston Harbor, Great, friendly service by Nickki. Highly recommended.
I was surprised with the lack of utensils for the lobster!!!
Wonderful experience for our first night in Boston. Outstanding food and very friendly staff.
New menu and different tasting food. Not to the caliber it first had... lending itself to more of a a Legal Seafood situation on the first floor. I'm bummed.
Lunch bill, with tip, for 3 people and just two glasses of wine was roughly $300
Food was good not great
Service was polite but inattentive
Noise level due to proximity to Logan Airport was high enough to make conversation intermittently impossible
Good food, good service, and a great view from our table of the water. We enjoyed our meal!
Absolutely delicious food. We had the lobster roll, Sesame-crusted Tuna, and Dover sole in butter and capers. All were excellent. I would argue it's the best Lobster Roll in town (we had the cold version). The staff was very accomodating. We wanted to sit outdoors, but after 20 minutes it became too cold, and they immediately found a solution for us.
Overall, very good. Very busy and crowded but good service.
Mike is an amazing server! Everything was so good!
My lobster roll was fine
My husband had the grey sole and he said it tasted like the oil it was cooked in was old
Service was fine and efficient
Amazing all around: great food, wonderful service, gorgeous views!
Our meal was delicious; our service was spot; and our table on the patio completed our dining experience!
I recommend to anyone visiting Boston that wants fresh seafood and great ambiance!
Good as usual. I have not visited in over 18 months, since before ownership change. Still the same.
Lobster Bisque was delicious
View is awesome. Parking was expensive
We were rushed out of the restaurant after making reservations and calling. To confirm that would not happen.
My wife and I booked a lunch reservation at Legal Harborside so we could walk straight there after exiting the ferry from Provincetown (which is just down the street).
Our OpenTable reservation was key, as tables were full and walk-in’s had to sit at bar. The hostess checked our coats and roller bags and sat us at window table. (It was a rainy day, so outside patio was closed.).
Server was friendly and attentive and the food was excellent. We loved the clam chowder (cups and bowls are on the small side, so go for the bowl if you’re hungry…even if it’s your starter). A nice touch with the soup was a warm dinner roll with butter, and even this did not disappoint. Next out were our lobster rolls overflowing with fresh lobster including both claw and tail meat. They asked us if we wanted ours with the mayo-based sauce or drawn butter…we went for the butter and it was spectacular. Don’t let anyone convince you to share yours…believe me you’ll want the whole thing despite how large they appear! We also asked to substitute our fries for side salads and were given the option of a Greek or Caesar salad. We both went for the side Greek salad and it was a very pleasant surprise…no skimping of ingredients like feta, olives, etc. and delicious dressing on the side.
There wasn’t a single disappointment in the whole meal…a rarity In this difficult time for restaurants to find good help. It’s on the pricey side, but I wouldn’t hesitate to go hear again for a great lunch on the water.
We had sushi and cocktail and both were fantastic!
Bachelorette dinner while on my boochelorette weekend on the east coast! The food was so good and so fresh! Definitely going back when we return to the east coast
Been here several times since Legals has been sold. Despite the change- menu- wine list- whats left has been consistently horrible. Bad food- just “ok” service. The location is amazing so if u can overlook bad- overpriced food you’ll be fine.
I ordered FRIED clams and they were served raw. Literally clams dipped in dough.
Even our server was astonished.
Went for my 65th birthday and was extremely disappointed by the very poor service we were provided. Had an issue with OpenTable gift card, thankfully the manager in charge graciously took care of our issues with service. The food was very good and served piping hot, but I was a waitress thus understand it’s not easy, but don’t keep promising to bring something that never shows up!
Not the typical legal quality experience. Sat outside at harbor side at 10pm and our table had no light. We were reading menus with iPhones. Server was super slow but to be fair was covering all tables so that may be due to go use and difficulty hiring waitstaff. But the fried clams were not as good as usual…way too much batter and fried too ling. Wonder if new ownership means new fish sources and recipes?
Beautiful view, great food, and wonderful service.
Legal Harborside is a good looking restaurant with a hip vibe and lots of seats by the windows overlooking Boston Harbor. Food is on the expensive side, but everything was delicious -- even something as simple as the burrata appetizer. Like so many restaurants, it seems, the pacing wasn't great ... waited just a little long for drinks, for the app, for the meal and, like everywhere, for the check. By that time, the restaurant was a little busier and I'm sure the waiter was busy, but still. Take note, at #21 valet parking is cheaper than parking at many nearby lots. And it was easy, with no wait. My car was parked right outside.
We had a great lunch with a great view! Will be dreaming of the lobster Mac n cheese for days to come 🤤
