Syrah is sourced from Vanumanutagi Vineyard near Mount Madonna at the southern end of the Santa Cruz Mountains viticulture area. The vineyard sits at an elevation of about 1,000 feet and slopes steeply to the southwest. The rocky, well-drained soils produce low yields of highly concentrated fruit. A naturally fermented sparkling Rosé of Syrah. Guava, grapefruit and a nice fizzzz! Store upright and enjoy chilled. chilled. Pétillant Naturel, or Pét-Nat, for short. Pét-Nat is produced in the méthode ancestral, otherwise known as "artisanale," or "gaillacoise." The wine is bottled prior to fully completing its first fermentation, allowing carbon dioxide to be produced by the natural sugars found in the grapes. A small amount of sediment will be found in the bottom of the bottle. Lively Asian apple, Bosc pear, pineapple and tangerine on the nose. Each tasting flight is enough for two people and comes with wine notes and varietal characteristics. $20 can be applied to your next purchase of over $100 of wine. A perfectly named wine, this is a 50% Syrah, 47% Cabernet Sauvignon and 3% Cabernet Franc blend with increasing amounts of 2010 to 2017 vintages. Drink now through 2028. Solera: Is a set of barrels used for aging and blending successive vintages of wine in perpetuum. A portion of the Solera is bottled each year and then replenished with wine from the next vintage. The structure of wine from the Santa Cruz Mountains lends itself to this proven technique much like mashing together multiple songs to create one harmonious melody. Winemaker, Gary Robinson, wanted to create a showpiece of the Santa Cruz Mountains that highlights the aging potential of our AVA by reserving two barrels from each year for the "Mashup" . This release of the Mashup, consisting of wine from the years: 2010 to 2017. This Cabernet Sauvignon was harvested on September 2, 2014 from Fellom Ranch Vineyard which sits at an elevation of 2, 000 feet above Stevens Creek Reservoir in Cupertino, California. Aged for 19 months in 60% new American and 40% in neutral oak barrels. Sterile filtered. Rich volumes of dark red fruit, cherry and pine forest layered with oak notes of vanilla and caramel. Mouthfeel is smooth and luxurious with a long and intense fruit finish. Drink now through 2025. Alcohol: 14.4%, Acidity: 6.7 g/l, pH: 3.8, Oak Cooperage: 60% new American and 40% neutral, Fermentation: 85% whole berry, 15% whole cluster, Production: 80 cases, Release Date: October 2018.

This Cabernet Sauvignon was harvested on September 20 and September 30, 2016 from Raines Vineyard nestled in the Saratoga foothills above Pierce Road. Steep slopes require the vineyard to be harvested in multiple passes for optimum ripening and intense flavor concentration. Aged for 20 months in 50% new American and 50% in neutral oak barrels. Unfiltered. This full bodied Cabernet bursts with bright aromas of deep red cherry, black current jam and ripe plum. The expressive aromas are integrated with earthy spices, cedar, anise, vanilla, rich leather and balanced with a lush texture and refined tannins leading to a long lingering finish. Drink now through 2028. Alcohol: 15.0%, Acidity: 6.3 g/l, pH: 3.6, Oak Cooperage: 50% new American and 50% neutral, Production: 130 cases, Release Date: April 2020.

This Pinot Noir was harvested on August 29, 2016 from Gali Vineyard which located just 6 miles from the coast in Corralitos, California. This close proximity to the coast and frequent fog cover makes for a cool climate and provides for a long growing season.. Four fifths of the grapes were handled with whole berry and the other one fifth were whole cluster with a light foot crush. Aged for 19 months in 44% new French oak and 56% in neutral oak barrels. Bottled un-fined and unfiltered. Expressive black raspberry, red plum, and earthy spices with overtones of dried rose pedal, fennel and oak. An enticing integration of fruit and herbs emerges on the mid-palate with soft acidity, fine tannins and a hint of spiciness through a long, lovely finish. Pair with chicken, duck, pork or mushrooms. Drink now through 2029. Camel Hill Vineyard, Santa Cruz Mountains, which sits at an elevation of 900 feet overlooking Lexington Reservoir in Los Gatos, California. Dense multi-layered boysenberry, plum and blackberry bramble, with savory notes of smoke, olive and truffle, coalesce in this lovely, well-balanced, tightly structured wine with polished tannins and cracked pepper gliding through the finish. Wine was aged for 16 months in tight-grained American and neutral oak barrels. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. Alcohol: 14.6%, Acidity (TA): 6.2 g/l, pH: 3.8, 110 Cases, Release date: April 2020.

This cool climate Riesling is sourced from the southern edge of the Santa Cruz Mountain AVA. The old vines were planted in 1971 which has produced consistent, balanced Riesling. Picked at 22.5 Brix and a pH of 3.05, this dry Riesling is bright with a hint of sweetness to round off the palate.
