   Acceuil très chaleureux, service impeccable, assiette savoureuse. Nous avons partagé l’assiette de boudin et l’assiette de tartare de boeuf - tous les deux délicieux. C’est notre resto préféré lorsque nous visitons Québec!

   We started with 6 oysters and the trilogy of tartars. All very good. The beef tartare especially good. I had the scallops which were excellent and the wine we settled on was perfect. A white blend from the Canadian label, Stratus. Unique and excellent. All in all a good night out

   Truly one of our best dining experiences in Quebec City. Service was outstanding; they were very thoughtful and helpful with our wine selection. We chose to start with champagne and oysters (not on the menu) but we asked and voila. We ordered one of their specialty tartars and a poulet prepared sous vide and very tender. Both were delicious. Highly recommended!
