   The League of Chefs Pop Up dinners are always a joy to attend. The food is good, friends plentiful and the atmosphere that Nicole and her team set is a wonderful addition to our city.

   Nicole and her team created an amazing event!!! The 4 course meal was delicious and the wine pairing was spot on with each course! Looking forward to the next pop up!

   The menu stated they were starting with an amuse bouche, but they did not serve one. The starter was nice, but the lamb entree was cold by the time I received it. It had nice flavor though. The dessert servings were inconsistent. I had a large piece of baklava, but the gentleman next to me had a very small piece. It was a very noticeable difference. I think you have to pay very close attention to timing and detail when doing these kinds of dinners. The concept is fun, but not enough staffer, I suppose oven space to handle the amount of people . It was very cool and windy out so some space hitters may be nice. If you have to charge more to pull it off then do so.

   These pop ups are so much fun. We have enjoyed every one. This Moroccan inspired meal was tasty with the typical spices but had a real ingenuity in the presentation and accompaniments. Can’t wait for the next one.

   Everything I had hoped for and more. The food was inspired. The people made me even more happy to be a Vallejo resident. Thank you for having a venue for me to have both my social and foodie pleasures met

   The food is always creative, flavorful, and I love that it is locally sourced. The seating area inside is tight so be ready to get friendly with your neighboring diners at the community table.

    Had a wonderful evening. My only two complaints were, that when buying tickets we weren’t told it was a political fundraiser. The other was that the main course wasn’t very much especially for the price we paid. Other than that , the food was wonderful.
