Léa Linster is one of the most celebrated figures in European gastronomy. In 1989, she made history as the firstand still only woman to win the prestigious Bocuse d’Or, just a few years after taking over her family’s restaurant in Luxembourg.
In 2017, her son Louis Linster took over the kitchen, bringing a fresh, contemporary vision to the restaurant while staying true to its roots. Under his leadership, the restaurant has reached new heights.
In 2024, Louis was named Chef of the Year by Gault & Millau, and in 2025, he earned his second Michelin star—an extraordinary milestone that cements his place among the top chefs of his generation.
Adding to the restaurant’s unique character is Louis’ wife, Njomza, who was awarded Hostess of the Year in 2022.
Together, Louis and Njomza Linster continue the family tradition with passion and precision bringing a new era of excellence to a storied name in fine dining.

Nicht das erste Mal, und sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal. Einfach immer wieder ein kulinarisches Erlebnis, Louis, seine Frau und das ganze Personal sind zuvorkommend, aufmerksam und sehr sehr freundlich.

Wir wollten unseren Hochzeitstag genussvoll begehen und trafen ins Schwarze. Aufmerksamer Service, ausgewogenes Menü mit perfekter Weinbegleitung bescherten uns einen runden Abend. Der Chef kam nach dem Essen an den Tisch, um sich nach unserer Rückmeldung zu erkundigen - sehr stilvoll. Unbedingt werden wir dieses Restaurant erneut besuchen.

Très bonne table, qui figure incontestablement parmis les meilleures du pays. Déception toutefois sur les conseils apportés pour le choix du vin, peu ou pas de conseils, personne pressée qui nous a littéralement laissé en plan au milieu d'une question. C'est dommage et frustrant car c'est un élément important de l'expérience au global. Moins sympatique aussi au niveau de l'ambiance / chaleur du personnel, que lorsque nous étions venus la première fois. Peut être un léger moins bien ce soir là, ça arrive

Was ein Erlebnis! Zu Beginn möchte ich gern die geschmackvolle Einrichtung in dezenten, pudrigen Farben mit passendem floral/kräuterigem aber dezenten Raumduft erwähnen. Beinahe meditativ und mit exzellentem Champagner/Cremant eine wunderbare Einstimmung auf den Abend. Die Liebe zum Detail ist durchweg präsent, der Service herzlich aber professionell. Auf spezielle Anfragen wegen mehrfachen Allergien wurde sehr sorgfältig und problemlos eingegangen. Obwohl die Tür Richtung Küche meistens offen war, hielt sich die Lautstärke auf einem Minimum. Nun aber zum wichtigsten, dem Essen! Eine perfekt abgestimmte Komposition aus saisonalen, edelsten Zutaten zubereitet in Perfektion. Die Harmonie innerhalb der Gerichte und der verschiedenen Gänge, war beeindruckend. Delikate und leichte Aromen, vollendet zu einer komplexen Geschmacksexplosion. Man merkt, wir waren schwer begeistert. Auch die Getränkebegleitung, sowohl Wein/Sake als auch alkoholfrei sollte man sich nicht entgehen lassen. Der zweite Stern ist mehr als verdient! Bravo Louis Linster & Team.

Eine ganz außergewöhnliche Erfahrung. Das Ambiente, der Blick ins Grüne, der Platz für die Gäste ist der erste Eindruck. Die verschiedenen Gänge mit Amuse Geule und mehreren Nachtischen fast nicht aufzählbar, aber nie zuviel, und immer eine Geschmacksexplosion und in Kombination mit der Weinbegleitung sowohl für das Getränk als auch das Essen eine Erweiterung dessen was an Geschmackserfahrung möglich ist. Obwohl am Tag vor unserem Besuch bekannt wurde, dass Louis Linsters den zweiten Stern bekommen hatte, sehr zurückhaltendes freundliches Auftreten. Die zwei Sterne entsprechen unserem Eindruck und unserem Erleben. Vielen Dank ans ganze Team

absolut einzigartiges Erlebnis; tolle präsentation der verschiedenen speisen, viele geschmacklich perfekt abgestimmte genüsse von den amuse bouche über die hauptspeise bis zum dessert. ich war begeistert
