    Avec la multitude de nouveaux restaurants qui ouvrent constamment à Montréal, il est facile de se laisser emporter par la vague de la nouveauté… et d’en oublier nos incontournables. Pourtant, chaque année, je me fais un devoir de retourner au Vin Papillon — et chaque fois, je retombe COMPLÈTEMENT sous le charme. Les plats sont tout simplement divins. Le menu classique reste une valeur sûre, toujours maîtrisé avec finesse, (l’assiette de jambon, la salade verte…!) tandis que l’ardoise du moment apporte une touche de surprise et de créativité qui me ravit à chaque visite. La carte des vins, soigneusement élaborée, complète à merveille les assiettes, et le service est, sans exception, impeccable. Et que dire de cette ambiance intime, accueillante, sans prétention…! La terrasse couverte et chauffée offre un petit cocon parfait pour savourer un bon repas, peu importe la saison. À chaque passage, je repars le cœur léger et l’estomac comblé, me rappelant pourquoi Vin Papillon reste, année après année, mon restaurant préféré de tout Montréal. Allez-y les yeux fermés! Laissez-vous guider par les suggestions de l’équipe en salle — vous passerez une soirée tout simplement parfaite 🙂

    Excellent food! We couldn’t get into Joe Beef so we decided to try this sister restaurant. We loved the shared plate format. Got to try a lot of different dishes. All delicious!
