Established in 1937, Le Veau d’Or reopens under neo-bistro extraordinaires, Chefs Riad Nasr and Lee Hanson.

Le Veau d'Or serves a $125 prix-fixe dinner menu Tuesday - Saturday and an $85 prix-fixe lunch menu Tuesday - Friday. We can accommodate up to four people per reservation in our main dining room. Unfortunately, we don't push tables together for larger parties, but our private dining can seat up to 20 guests.

Our bar is available for walk-ins where guests can enjoy lunch, dinner, or just a drink!

Our intimate dining room means we are unable to adjust party sizes once a reservation is confirmed. Decreases in party size will be subject to a fee of $50/seat.

Finally, as a courtesy to other guests, we kindly ask that you book reservation times when you can join us. If you have no intention of joining us at an available reservation time, please allow others the opportunity to book the reservation. Thank you for your consideration.

Take comfort in the wood-paneled walls, red leather booths, and red-and-white checkered tablecloths, and get ready for a polished prix-fixe menu of pâté en croûte, poached lobster, and île flottante, among others. Catch a nightcap at the cozy bar—it’s a tiny treasure with only five seats.

Excellent service. Exquisite meal. This was my second time at the restaurant and I left extremely happy both times. The escargot was delightful, the duck cooked perfectly. My teenage daughter also had a great time and really appreciated the little things they did as we celebrated her birthday. Our meal at Le Veau D'or was the highlight of our trip to Manhattan.

Everything was wonderful during our dining experience. We were warmly greeted when we arrived and the restaurant staff serving us were all aware that it was a special occasion. The food was incredible - creative dishes, authentically prepared. The only down side was that the dining room was fairly noisy and at times it was difficult for our party of 4 to hear each other. But that improved as the night wore on and people began to depart. Overall a wonderful time!

One of the best meals I have ever had. I am not even a big fan of French food but it was out of this world. Service was incredible. Definitely pricey but worth every penny.

Everything was excellent from start to finish. Max recommended the best dishes and took such great care of us. We can’t wait to return to try everything else on the menu.
