Nous avons passé un très agréable moment sur la terrasse et avons très bien mangé. Nous avons hâte de retourner!

C’est un très bel endroit, la nourriture est excellente et normalement le service plus qu’adéquat. Ce n’était pas le cas vendredi soir dernier. Nous y retournerons, c’est certain, en espérant avoir mieux la prochaine fois.

Fries weren’t cooked, food was disappointing. Didn’t finish our meals.

Great fall day - nice walk outside for beautiful view on the lake, casual lodgey feeling in the Tap Room with fire crackling, outstanding Waygu burgers, Tuna Tartar, Salmon, earthy mushroom soup. Cocktails good too e.g., Gatorade for grownups. Great service! Also loved the nice smelling L'Occitane toiletries in the bathroom.

Very nice place in a beautiful 5-star hotel. Food is very tasty and wine offer is extremely good. Strongly suggested for quite dinner.

My expectations were very high given the reputation of the Manor and also because I have stayed and dined with you in the past. Although the staff was kind and efficient and the ambience superb, the food was substandard. I can also appreciate the limitations that we are all subjected to during these unprecedented times.

However, my friend's meal was delicious although the presentation left somewhat to be desired. With respect to my vegetarian dish, I would have expected a little more effort and creativity. There was a wedding at the Manor that day which could account for some inconsistencies and overload in the kitchen.

Hopefully the Manor will be able te course correct in the coming months so we can indulge in the experience once again.

Very nice setting, really pretty view on the water, food was good, nothing spectacular not much choice for vegetarians but we managed fine.

Maybe it's COVID, but have come to expect more for the price point. Details lacking: from the empty salt shaker to the broken Laguiole knife, attention to detail shouldn't be the customer's job on a special occasion. And the food should be exquisite, not standard pub fare. The fried duck egg and deer tomahawk were fine, but I'm expecting a cut above what I can do at home.

Excellente soirée passée en famille auprès d’un feu de foyer... service discret et impeccable... menu varié qui a plu à tous! Magnifique soirée! La terrasse est aussi un plus par beau temps!

The perfect little escape while in the townships. I wanted to go out for dinner with my husband to a place where we knew the food would be lovely and the ambiance even lovelier so The Tap Room was the perfect location. Also, any excuse to visit the manor.
The food was delicious and although we weren't feeling extremely adventurous and stuck to some simpler dishes, all were delightful and popped with fun flavours. The service as is to expected was "on point" and lovely. We sat on the veranda as the weather was still warm enough and I would definitely recommend it because the views are just wonderful. We look forward to returning soon.

We expected the food to be much better, as it was a high end restaurant and quite expensive. My salmon was just ok and my husbands steak was also just ok. The best thing about the restaurant was the wonderful view of the lake. The service was also excellent. We had a delicious meal at the Auberge West Brome the night before that was much better than The Tap Room. It was a little disappointing as we were celebrating my birthday.

Rien de très recherché. Nous avons mangé le burger qui était bien, mais sans plus (Pour 28$ le burger).

Home made bread organic salmon would best be served grilled with naturally grown herbs & simply lemon.

Best steak we've had in a long time. Perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection.

A bug even fell into my boyfriend's gin tonic and the waiters gave him a new one.

Our two choices of the meal was very good. One choice of meat was perfectly well done as asked and my scallops were delicious.
We really enjoyed the relaxing scenery!

It was a very good experience! Nice location of the restaurant. But a little bit disappointed about desserts due to the small choice.

The Tap Room is always wonderful. The service is exceptional, courteous without being stuffy. The bread is out of this world! We enjoyed a beautiful rosé and the beet salad was a highlight. It just doesn’t get any better than this!

C'est un site très chaleureux situé dans un environnement des plus relaxants. On y décèle la joie de vivre des convives et chacun respecte son entourage. La nourriture est très bien présentée accompagnée de juste ce qu'il faut de légumes. Les prix sont élevés mais le rapport qualité-prix est correct.
Vous pourriez comme nous y rencontrer des personnes très influentes et importantes.

Amazing building and view. This is World class level hotel. Beautiful location with amazing view. You are in the heart of nature with luxury service (pool, tennis court, hiking, etc.)

Very nice and quiet place. You can feel like if you are in a very isolate place in addition to that the view of the lake is breathtaking.
The food was very tasty and very well presented. The only downside is the price, a bit high to my sense but I keep in mind the incredible place and the excellent service we had that night.

We had lunch at the Tap Room, with a table on the patio on a glorious day. The setting is superb - in beautiful gardens sloping down to magnificent Lake Massawippi. The meal was very good, especially the Tuna Carpaccio. Highly recommended.

My friends and I spent 3 enjoyable hours, sipping prosecco, nibbling on delectable food, being well-attended to by the efficient and friendly wait staff, while sitting on the porch with a view of the lake. Does it get any better.....?

Staff were fantastic and you can't beat the view. Menu interesting and well thought out; a bit more selection would be good, as well as a "menu enfant".
