You will experience an eclectic menu, shaped by the chef partner Jean Jacques Carquillat: a combination of French Caribbean flavors will surprise your palate with both traditional and unexpected recipes, created by his unpredictable mind and prepared daily by his team experienced hands with the freshest locally sourced ingredients.     This is a really special spot with outstanding service and five star food and drinks. From the second you arrive you are treated like a regular. Smiles and warmth exude from every staff member. The wait staff know the menu and explain dishes with an air of elegance and culinary expertise. The wine pairing with our main course was perfection as well. The atmosphere is tropical french elegance meets palm trees and rum. It is the French Riviera meets Barbados. The trip to the east coast was well worth the trip. The menu was one that made me wish i had many more days on the island. The escargot, watermelon salad, flyingfish patte, and catch of the day were all exceptional. I highly highly recommend this little gem. It will be with me, forefront in my memories of Barbados.

    Le Shack in Barbados was an absolute gem! The food was incredibly delicious—every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. What truly set the experience apart was the thoughtful service. For my wife’s birthday, the staff went out of their way to make it special, singing “Happy Birthday” and surprising her with a dessert topped with a lit candle. To top it all off, they even drove us back to our resort, making the evening seamless and memorable. A perfect blend of warm hospitality and amazing cuisine—highly recommended!

    this is an amazing of the beaten path place to dine at. Le Shack has amazing service,Super friendly people. the food is out of this world. the head chief even can out to talk with us. This is a Must stop.

    Exceptional dining experience, friendly staff. We were greeted by host and owner upon arrival. The ambiance is lovely, pretty and quaint. Our food was delicious, highly recommend dining at Le Shack!

    This was a lovely restaurant. The staff was extremely welcoming! The food was delicious, especially the fish ,which was so fresh. the tart tatin was to die for. We ate there twice while we were at the Crane resort.
