We were going to a show and selected this restaurant because it was in the area. Perfect choice, the price fixed dinner was delicious and a real deal for the price. The service was excellent and we had plenty of time to get to the show on time!

Clean and cozy spot for a nice prie fixe deal before you go see a show. Less creativity on the menu than I would have hoped, but everything was very tasty and provided with great presentation. Fabulous service and excellent atmosphere.

Very nice food, water at $7.50 is a bit much. French Onion soup was the best I’ve had.

This charming intimate dining room is enhanced by excellent customer service and great value in a very generous per-theatre menu

First time here, bartender and waitstaff were all very friendly and helpful with questions about the menu. Even though it was packed (classic NYC with tables very close together), the service was fast and food was delicious. Portions are realistic (not oversized) so we were full and satisfied by the end of the 3 courses.

The food is consistently excellent. I have eaten at LeRivage many times, and I am never disappointed. Even though it seems that there is a new owner and new servers, I still rate it one of the best in theater district.

Excellent food -- as always! I've never been disappointed by the food. They've recent changed the staff from women to young men, so they're still learning and their accents are thick -- but not a real problem.

The food was delightful, lighter French fare. My first, my dear friend's daughter, had never had French food, was nervous about getting to the 2:00 Sunday matinee on time, and thought the "heavy" food might make her nauseous. Could not have been more wrong on all levels!! We loved (and ate) every morsel with time to spare. Quintet, our waiter, among the other waiters, was fabulous. I had paté, trout amondine, fresh fruit with wine and cremé. She had leek and potato soup, perfect and light salmon, and rice pudding with caramel. PERFECTION For $29!

Second time here. This time for pre theatre. Food was excellent. My friend & I both liked our dishes. I had a seafood crepe. It was pre fixe $29 brunch. Good selection of wines. Good service. Very nice.

They have a price fixed pre-theater dinner where you can order an appetizer, an entree and a dessert from anything on the menu or even specials that day. Some things have a small additional cost. It is all very worthwhile and delicious!

We went after a matinee so it wasn’t very busy. The prie fixe menu offers many choices and it is a very good value. Been coming here for years. Service and food are excellent.
However, when we came in we were asked if we wanted to check our jackets. We said no as we had lightweight, short jackets. The hostess then said we had to check our jackets as she didn’t want them in back of chairs as the restaurant might get crowded. So we checked the jackets but then we were seated where our chairs were against a wall so our jackets would have been in no one’s way plus it didn’t get crowded while we were there. Don’t ask if we want to check our jackets if you require us to check them!

The waiter was knowledgeable and accommodating with respect to some dietary restrictions. He also did a great job sticking to our pre-theater time frame.

We love, love, loved this restaurant....our only complaint is that it was only 6:00pm when they ran out of a special entree that we ordered. Everything was beyond delicious and service was attentive.

We thoroughly enjoyed the prix-fixe lunch before the theater.

One complaint: there were only 2 of us & the server asked who gets the crepe? At a restaurant like this, the servers should not have to ask who gets what dish. I waited tables all through college & didn't find that hard to do.

Delicious food and fast pre-theater service.. I would have liked to have lingered over the meal to appreciate it longer, since it was delicious. I had the salmon an d it was cooked perfectly. The peach compote dessert was SO yummy, but at that point all I could think about was getting to Hamilton!

We go to Le Rivage when we go to the theater. The food is always excellent! The Seafood Bisque is outstanding, we get it every trip.
The portions are perfect to make you feel comfortable but not overstuffed. The desserts are wonderful. Le Rivage is our favorite restaurant in NYC!
