   A quiet restaurant where it makes conversation with others easy. Have dined many times here previously and always enjoyed the eye fillet but on this occasion found it lacking in tenderness as did all our party. The service staff were rather offhand and unfriendly.

   A very special restaurant experience with divine food and impeccable service. We have come here a number of times. Tonight I ordered from the specials menu and was impressed down to the last mouthful. The standard menu is just as impressive.

   Our “local” is like stepping into a bistro in France. Onion soup, escargots, scallops, fries, spinach, venison and crème brûlée are prepared as though you’re in France and taste even better without traveling 24 hours and the $10,000. airfare! Definitely our favourite birthday haunt.

   Service was great - friendly, timely, informative. The popular duck main course was tasty and tender. The surprise Trumpeter fish dish had a great sauce, and the side dish of green beans was a great extra feature to both dishes. Traditional desserts - Tarte tartine and Creme Brulee were top class!!

   A night out for dinner with friends on Saturday 8th February 2025 was soured by rude service from the young male German restaurant manager. He was not well informed on wine pairings with our meal selections and was inattentive when we wanted to order desert at which time he became very rude. It was a real shame as the food was of a good standard. This was not the Le Petit Bistro that I remembered several years ago.

    A lovely restaurant but let down by the service. I was provided with my soup but didn’t have a spoon. My wine, I had to top up myself. Knife and fork after entree was required after my partner. It took quite sometime before our order was taken. The food? Amazing! But the service is just as important.
