I had such a nice day there with their delicious macarons home made exactly like in France. Perfections and such a positive atmosphere.

Such an amazing place with a great atmosphere, we tried their macarons and they were delicious and freshly made.

We were coming from out of town for a show. Looked on open table and made a reservation. First there’s no point in a reservation. They looked at me like i was crazy when i showed them the confirmation. Said sit anywhere. Luckily it wasn’t busy. You order at the register & get up for your own food when they call your number. Not exactly service. They charge $3.50 for macrons that are frozen & sold at Costco. Saw the box & looked it up. It appeared as if very little was actually made there. Lastly I ordered a medium coffee for there and she said the only “real” cups that were available were for a large. Said she’d put it in a to go cup and then charged $2 for the cup. I wouldn’t mind paying the $2 if I asked for it to go but I didn’t. Told me they had to use paper because they didn’t have what they needed and then charged me for it. Couldn’t put a medium drink in a large cup apparently. When I tried to politely ask about why I was being penalized that they didn’t have the right size mug - she said “it’s policy”. 🤦‍♀️ The food was good. I’m just not sure the rest of it was worth going back.

Everything was impeccable! Place has a nice decor and is clean and organized unlike lots of places that surrounds Times Square. My daughter kept changing her order and the guy at the cashier was kind enough to help her pick something good to eat. Food was great as well as the coffees. We will be back.

Overpriced tourist trap . Poor selection. Poor quality sandwiches, salads and croissants. Everyone in our party was disappointed.
