Le Parc Bistro Ratings and Reviews
I took my wife for our anniversary. I chose Le Parc Bistro because I had experienced the ambiance and delicious food before, We were delighted that they brought us each a glass of complimentary champagne for our occasion. Our server Carlos was magnificent and the food was prepared to perfection. It was truly a 5 star experience. Looking forward to dining there soon.
I had looked at the menu beforehand and I was really looking forward to what Le Parc has and I was definitely not let down. I was with a party of five people and it was our first time there and everyone was very pleased with what we got to eat and drink. The duck poutine is phenomenal! Most of us got steaks and no one was let down. The waiter was very good, attentive and charming. Overall, it was a great dinner and I think we will definitely keep it in our rotation of nice places to eat at in Frederick.
I highly recommend Le Parc Bistro. My wife and I dined there recently, simply because it popped up on my Open Table app and I wanted to try someplace new. Having said that, it would have really been more appropriate for a special occasion, but all the same, the experience was great!
The ambience is wonderful. It is a small (but not too small) and cozy atmosphere . On the night we were there, there was a pleasant fire going, and live piano that complemented the experience perfectly. The food was outstanding, and the service was attentive, but not overbearing. In particular, I would recommend the crispy Brussels sprouts appetizer, and the filet mignon entree.
We plan to visit there again.
This is the first time I ate here. My friend had a coupon for buy one dinner get one free so we took advantage and ordered 2 filet dinners, $20 each for a great filet dinner. The atmosphere is very relaxing and beautiful inside. The food was great, from the salad to the dessert. The steak was done correctly, scallop potatoes and veggies were also excellent. Service was just right, she would come around but not too often.
My husband and I decided to go to dinner on the spur of the moment. We wanted to try something new and read the outstanding reviews. The experience did not disappoint. The food was excellent the ambience divine and it will stay in our memory for a long time
This was our first time at LeParc but it won't be our last. Having lived in Frederick for 7 years and eaten at a number of very good restaurants downtown, my wife finished her rack of lamb (a very large portion) by saying that was the best meal she has had in Frederick. My roast duck was perfectly done with 10 slices of breast and a leg and thigh. Wine list is very good and not overly priced. We were able to have dinner for 2 with appetizers and desert and a bottle of wine for $140. A very good value. We highly recommend Le Parc.
We have eaten here at least 6 times and have always had a good meal. My wife, daughter, and I visited the restaurant on a Saturday night and it was busy but not hectic. My wife ordered the dijon salmon, which came with pureed potatoes and asparagus. She enjoyed it and let me have a bite and it was above average. My daughter had the peppercorn crusted sirloin, which came with dauphinoise potatoes and asparagus. She ordered it medium rare and it was cooked perfectly and delicious. I had the Beef Short Ribs with pureed potatoes and asparagus, which was delicious. We shared the petit fours (which was a cream puff this evening) and a lemon cake. Both were delicious.
Great meal. Food very fresh and well prepared. The mussels were tender with a wonderful broth that I wanted to soak all my bread in. Scallops were properly cooked , delicious! Good portion size.
Nice bistro experience in the USA. Comfortable seating. We will certainly be back.
Neither of us felt like cooking, we both had had crazy busy days, we wanted a decent bottle of wine and some well prepared food in a relaxed setting. We found exactly that when we showed up at Le Parc Bistro at 8 pm on a Monday night. Attentive staff, good food, and not loud and crazy - so we could have a nice conversation.
This has become my favorite French bistro in the whole Northern Va/DC area. The menu is excellent and broad, and the dishes I have tried were simply fantastic. The staff is very friendly and seating, comfortable. Too bad it’s a little far from home, but worth the 30-mile drive.
Absolutely wonderful! The food was delicious, the service was great, and the drinks were perfect. The wine menu is extensive without being overwhelming, and the liquor selection is all premium. I cannot say enough about the food. From perfectly cooked duck (which is hard to come by), to fresh-made pasta and succulent beef tips, everything was perfect. The desserts are worthy of separate mention, and I could not get enough of the bread pudding (made with pastry instead of normal bread!). Do yourself a favor and go, enough said.
We had a lovely evening here. I would skip one of their most popular appetizers, the poutine. It was not bad; we just didn’t think it was anything special. The duck entree was absolutely outstanding. And the filet was perfectly cooked and flavorful. It was a nice touch to receive two different sauces to try with the meat. And Monday nights mean half price on bottles of wine. We look forward to our return!
