Le Jardinier is a collaborative culinary experience crafted by Michelin-starred Chef Alain Verzeroli and global hospitality group The Bastion Collection. Each month, experience the richness of the land with a seasonal menu showcasing our favorite local farms. Kick off the series with Paradise Farms, a serene five-acre garden located just outside of Miami in Homestead, Florida.     We had a fine dinner but this is a textbook example of why a 20% tip should not be automatically added to your bill (it was added to our bill). Lots of servers running around and it wasn’t all that busy but somehow we couldn’t get any service.

    We sat outside and it was quite the pleasant setting. Service was quick and the staff was pleasant. The appetizers were very small and as plain as could be. We got the Buratta and the Beet salad and they were nothing to write home about. No burst of flavor or something special you would expect from a $26 beet salad or a $28 buratta dish. Beef Bavette was a bit chewy. The one show stopper they had was the short rib. Whatever that stuff on the top of it was added such flavor i had to believe thats the only thing the Michelin star judge had when they tried the restaurant. It was amazing. Other than that I dont know what justification there was to put this restaurant on the guide.

    I had an unsatisfactory dining experience. I requested a refresher without ice, which was served only 2/3 full. I ordered a steak cooked medium, but was served salmon instead. Despite being told the correct steak would take 8 minutes, it arrived after 20 minutes, cooked well done, and ended up not having brunch. Although they didn't charge me for the steak, the disappointing service mean I won't be returning. ---

    Food was delicious but don’t come here hungry - had to ask the server to leave the bread on the table after the meal.

    Overall experience was fantastic, great food and wine. Service was a bit slow and one of the tasting menu items was out but replacement was excellent

    Was hesitant based on some reviews I read but so happy we gave it a shot. EXCELLENT food and service. We went for Sunday brunch and ordered several starters and every single one was excellent, especially the yellowfin tuna carpaccio. Definitely will come back when in Miami again.
