Very hard to find restaurant. It is inside a mall with no signs Address is not on outside of building.
Le Jardinier was everything I was hoping for and then some more! The service was impeccable but not stiff; friendly and competent; the food was extremely flavorful and fun and delicious! The bread basket was a drop of magic! Absolutely recommend this restaurant to everyone that wants to have a perfectly fun and delicious dinner!
Big disappointment. Rude staff including bartender and host. Service very bad waiters lack knowledge about food served, bartender did not answer out questions about the drinks which we consider rude. Food it was not great. Extremely expensive for the quality of the food/drinks. Trying to be a fine dinning restaurant but it has a long way to go.
Delicious food; mediocre service and not much ambiance. Too much $$ for the overall experience.
The food was amazing. They were very accommodating to our dietary presences. The service was fantastic. Overall, a very nice and special meal.
We were very disappointed . The fillet of sole ordered by two people in our party had to be sent back because it was not fresh. Tee service was lackluster at best. Drinks were not refreshed. We had to constantly waive our waiter down so we could get service.
Wonderful experience at Le jardinier. Food is amazing, service is great and decor is beautiful
Great experience and attention to details.
AMAZING food & service’s
Lovely! We sat outside under one of the trees and had a spectacular lunch. The food was delicious and the service over the top! Thanks to the whole team for making our celebration something special.
Excellent food and lovely atmosphere.
Expensive, but worth it!
We really enjoyed our evening, there, the food, the service, the decor, the thoughtful little touches and add-ons that bring this restaurant head and shoulders above the average high end place in Miami. For instance the delicious freshly baked gluten free bread generously served (at a time when restaurants often don't even offer bread). And an exquisite birthday treat.
The ambience of the restaurant is charming and the food is delicate, refined and wonderful !!
What’s odd is that the restaurant is chic and beautiful but the service was a bit odd. My husband ordered two glasses of wine — the first took ages to come and had a great deal of sediment. The second one never showed up - from a JR restaurant we would expect this to not occur. Service was friendly but inconsistent. Menu was fairly limited - we enjoyed our dinner but not sure that it was where I would expect it to be!
Wonderful Experience with food. Art and savour at its best!
It is a beautiful place with excellent food and atmosphere .
I went for dinner but definitely it is a place to go for lunch .
Everything about this place was Outstanding!
Very pleasant experience. We were seated outside, lavish greens, amazing ambiance. Food is delicious, but be prepared for tiny portions and hefty price. Superb wine list, very friendly and professional staff. To summarize, great place but on the expensive side. Regardless, we will come back!
The food was absolutely fantastic. The service and ambiance was tragic. The music kept going on and off the entire evening with different noise levels every time it went on and off. The hostess must’ve just had her tongue pierced because you could barely understand her. While we went to sit outside (there were 3 tables seated) the hostess sits us directly next to another two top when there was sitting everywhere outside. We decided to eat at the bar. The bartender seemed very stressed and overwhelmed. There was only one bartender for a while. She took half of our order then came back and said we only put the whole order in so let me know when you are ready. My husbands martini was disgusting. About 45 mins later the hostess says they can accommodate us to a different table knowing we told her we would be happy to eat at the bar. Everyone is very new working there, not seasoned and not restaurant material.
It is a gorgeous restaurant. The only reason I gave it a fair for ambience is that it is too cold inside where we were seated. Normally Miami restaurants don't try to freeze their customers. The food was good. We had the Salmon and The Lobster. I prefer my salmon seared on the outside and medium rare on the inside and served hot. This was almost rare and served at room temperature. The service was very good. The Lobster was very good. I will go back and dine outside.
It was wonderful that not all persons had to do the tasting menu. Everyone was very gracious food was delicious portion somewhat small. We were unable to eat inside because the air conditioning could not be adjusted and it was uncomfortably cold. Thank goodness it was a calm warmer night outside my husband needed to borrow a Pasmina however.
Service was so bad for 225 prefix, food was mediocre and the courses were spaced out poorly. Drinks had to be sent back and remade.
Tasting menu really impressed. Refined, subtle with an excellent progression and reasonable servicing without being so much food that you leave the place rolling. Cocktails were all extremely well balanced with impressive depth of flavor.
If the idea of vegetable-forward French fine dining seems appealing to you, you’re going to like La Jardinier.
Amazing place w/lovely atmosphere! 3rd time here and it doesn’t disappoint. Desserts are to die for.
We were really looking forward to enjoy Le Jardin!!! What a Terrible experience.
Very Poor service as soon as we arrived, absolutely not up to par with this type of establishment, misspelling of menu items, dirty+wet outdoor seating...
We left 20min later realizing we would be spending an aggravating moment if we stayed any longer. Didn’t even place an order. Staff should be more professional and knowledgeable.
Delicious and excellent service, recommend the octopus!
Let me start with the reservation....through Opentable the only availability shown was for a table of 4 at 6:00 PM, our original plan was for 6 people at 7pm or later.......of course I was very surprised to find the restaurant totally empty indoors and only 3 tables outside. As we walked into the restaurant there was not a host on site to sit us and we had to wait until someone figured out that we were standing around waiting to confirm our reservation and to be seated. Our party of four sat down, 3 menus were delivered and one wine menu. To "flag" our waiter for the missing menu took some effort and probably 10 minutes before the missing party could catch up with the rest. We order 4 appetizers (soups/salads) and 4 entries...we also ordered 2 "secondi" sharing plates (risotto and flatbread).....you would have figure that the salads/soups would have come out prior to the sharing plates but our "know it all" server thought otherwise....from the time it took us to get noticed and be seated, get a missing menu and the pace of the orders our timing was off from the start. Now the food, let me mention first that the dinner menu that is shown in the website is not the one available at the restaurant....I would not mind this if only for the fact that the one available is much more limited (it felt like a lunch / mid afternoon menu not a dinner menu). Anything mushroom related was a winner, the soup/cream, the salad, the flatbread but yes you can tell that for what I feel was a menu with a limited selection too dishes had wild mushroom as a primary ingredient. The risotto was also a star. The flatbread was cold. The servings are small. Three of the guests ordered snapper, that was OK but one complained that her fish was overcooked. Finally, the desserts (apple cobbler type and chocolate sundae type) were nothing to write home and only the sorbets (pistachio/chocolate/coffee) were crowd favorites. I would not recommend until they improve.
Quizás uno de los mejores restaurantes de Miami en este momento.
Great service!!! Nice to be greeted as soon as walking in. Hostess even stop talking on the phone for a second to welcome us. Art Stuart came to the table to explain about art on the wall when we were talking about it and showed us more arts, after the dinner manager came to explain about both restaurants. However they won’t bother us unless you wish to make conversation with. Foods excellent, well done modern Art Deco interior is please to look at. I have no complain here!!! We’ll be coming back with soon for sure!!!
This is a wonderful restaurant with fresh sophisticated gourmet preparations with a clear eye for health as well.
Homemade gluten free breads were a wonderful surprise!
We did request a different dessert on the prix fixe for one of us
and was offered one other choice though the prices on the full dessert menu were all the same.
I’m sure there was an explanation for the limitation which was not shared.
Loved everything nonetheless.
Dined here with my wife during Art Basel week. The best I can say about the Le Jardinier is that it tries to provide a modern french menu which is vegetable forward. What you get is OK food served in small quantities at exorbitant prices. Service was uneven. The food was delivered properly, if a bit late, and beverage service was amateurish, even comically inept. Ordering a bottle of wine was an exercise in patience. The reason? "Oh, well, sorry but we are really busy with a party upstairs." Unbelievable ! Professional restaurants with properly trained staff know how to deal with clients in these types of "stressful" situations. Le Jardinier needs to do much better especially considering what you need to pay to eat here ($250 - $300 US for a couple). Oh, and yes they still added the "mandatory" 20% gratuity. In a competitive dining scene like Miami this place will have a short shelf life.
We joined another couple for dinner. The food was excellent my boyfriend and I had the steak-onglet au jus. It was melt in your mouth perfect. The puréed mashed potatoes were incredibly light and delicious. The other couple had the Dover sole which was also delicious but seem to be very small serving. We then ordered the Mille feuille dessert which came with berry sorbet that was really special as well. However, I don’t think they could’ve made the millefeuille any smaller. It was a sliver. The sommelier was great and he helped us pick a delicious wine that went with both fish and beef and was priced fairly reasonably. The wine list has wines from $60 to 2800 and above. All in all, it was a lovely experience. The food was over the top. It certainly was quality over quantity on the fish and dessert but otherwise everything was spectacular.
Most beautiful restaurant! Most delicious food!! Loved it!
Fantastic elaborate cuisine, in an lovely outdoor setting. Shame the service does not have the standard the food deserves. Looking forward to comparing with Atelier
Disappointing. Food was good but not great. Wines overpriced. Plating was nice but not spectacular. Much better meals in Miami
Wonderful experience! I love all of the surprises from the chef. Very nice touch.
Service was very slow, food was great and place is super nice
Excellent! Healthy :)
