   This was my first experience eating at a Michelin-starred restaurant, and it did not disappoint. The staff were so nice and attentive. My friend who joined me is a vegetarian, so I was happy to see how accommodating the restaurant was to his needs. If you can go to Le Jardinier in the next few months, try the cauliflower velouté. Both my friend and I were amazed at how good it was. The Caramel Sabayon was also delicious.

   Le Jardinier is truly a hidden gem in Miami’s culinary scene. My recent dining experience was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm and welcoming, with a perfect balance of elegance and comfort. We started with the burrata, and it was, hands down, the best I’ve ever had. The creamy texture and delicate flavors were elevated by the fresh, vibrant ingredients that accompanied it. Every bite was perfection. For the main course, I had the cheeseburger, and I must say, it was a game-changer. Cooked to absolute perfection, the meat was juicy, flavorful, and perfectly complemented by the freshest toppings and a soft, pillowy bun. It was easily the best burger I’ve ever eaten. What truly made the night special was the live jazz performance by Nikki. The smooth sounds of the music filled the restaurant, creating a magical atmosphere that elevated the entire dining experience. It was perfect! The attention to detail in both the presentation and flavor profile of each dish was remarkable. The service was impeccable as well, with a staff that was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for an unforgettable dining experience in Miami, paired with live music that enhances the evening, Le Jardinier is a must-visit.    Had a terrific early dinner here, taking advantage of what will be my last Miami spice 2024 dinner. A three course Michelin star dinner for $60 is a bargain, and Le Jardinier delivered a wonderful experience. I had the golden beet and goat cheese starter, which had a very surprising kick to it, and was a very fresh tasting start to the dinner. My friend had the salmon tartare, and it was excellent. For the main course I stayed with the lighter vegetarian choice, which was pappardelle with a sauce of zucchini and tomatoes. It was very subtle and a bit richer than the ingredients suggested. My friend had the suckling pig porchetta which was rich and delicious and served with sweet potato purée and a poached or roasted pear. Dessert for me was plant based pistachio and coffee ice cream. Both were good, but the coffee might have been the best coffee ice cream ever. My friend loved the mango marshmallow version of smores. Service was flawless and informative, and this is a beautiful restaurant with a circle theme in the design and a beautiful black white and green color scheme. All for $60 on Miami Spice made for a lovely Sunday evening.
