Not as we expected the food wAs good but not very gorme
I had a great time considering I was already curious of the place and it wasn't too busy at lunch time. I was catching up with a friend in town during the day so it was great that it wasn't too busy and more laid back. The place looks awesome [yes we definitely took photos] and the food was tasty. The service was great as our server made sure we had everything we needed.
We were close to kitchen closing time [before dinner re-open] so our server made sure we had all of our food, were aware of last calls and dropped in often to make sure we were well accommodated. Definitely will return for the night time for a different experience but I'm sure it will be awesome regardless of what time I go. Instagram posts from Monday's experience soon come haha
The service here was amazing! Super friendly and fun ambiance. The food was good as well, got a lobster roll during Sunday brunch, and while I was unable to do the bottomless mimosa option, since I was driving, but I want to come back to do this! Super fun place!
Inspired food with lobster bits sprinkled over it. Not good at all. Definitely needs some love and thought put into the food. Maybe a basic burger would have been decent.
Super cute spot & yummy food!
Drinks were good too!
Truffle fries & Lobster burger are a must.
Great food and service. I highly recommend the lobster pasta. Would definitely come back.
Amazing restaurant, will be returning!!
Valentines
When we entered this restaurant there were no customers either inside or outside on the patio.
We were seated outside and given menus immediately.
This restaurant specializes in only lobster and beef.
I wanted lobster this day. There were several lobster dishes on the menu.
However, from past experience ordering lobster, most restaurants are very stingy in how much
lobster is in the dish. So, I always ask how much lobster is in the dish.
On this afternoon, I asked about the lobster roll. I was told there was 2 ounces in the roll.
And they I asked about the lobster salad. I was told there was only 2 ounces in that as well.
Two ounces! I was in disbelief.
For a restaurant that serves primarily lobster, I found this to be disgraceful and stingy.
So, after learning that I would not be getting much lobster in either dish, my husband and
I decided to leave. We did not dine here, nor will we return.
Great burgers.
Hamburger served was very raw on the inside necessitating sending it back. Fries were lukewarm. Salad had no dressing nor was any dressing offered. Since there are other options available for dining in the immediate area, that may be a better option.
Winter DineLA menu was wonderful. Our party ordered the lobster cajun soup and lobster roll. All were delicious and big servings. Macaron and pink cotton candy was a sweet finish to lunch. The restaurant decor is fresh and contemporary. The private area was perfect for our group. Service was quick and efficient.
Food was not amazing and jazz night starts at 10pm
The lobster themed menu is excellent and very much worth the price. Pass on the lobster bloody mary
We came for dine LA lunch. It was a relaxed atmosphere and the special was delicious
The 6 of us had the Dine LA menu, which was excellent. The downfall was the poor service, not sure if the lackadaisical service was due to short staff, or she did not enjoy serving us. The other staff seemed to try and make up for it, but in the end they did not.
Just a sad place. Friday night prime time and only 10% full. Bland interior and patio and bland food. I think the only reason why the place hasn’t closed is that it’s part of the hotel. We won’t be going back ever.
waiter was lovely and service was great but the food and ambiance was awful
Great ambiance, great bloody Mary's and the lobster hash did not disappoint!
What a great experience we had at the Sunday brunch this past weekend! The service was fantastic. The ambiance was perfect. Food was great. We had a group of 6 adults. We had an absolutely wonderful experience overall. Thank you to the manager who set up our table and made sure everything was perfect and really attentive and kind waiters who made everything go so smoothly. I also want to note that the valet employees including cashier were also so amazing and helpful. Really put an icing on the entire great experience.
Average food and service. Overpriced and not up to expectations.
Nice atmosphere. Outdoor patio was quaint. The DJ was very good. Played good tunes that kept us moving and enjoyed choices while we dined. Menu choices were interesting however food could have been better. And we thought the service was fair. There is a 20% tip added to the bill. I must say we celebrated a birthday and the desert presentation was amazing.
We visited for the Christmas Day buffet and it was beautiful! The restaurant had a beautiful atmosphere and I loved the decor. We enjoyed the selection of food on the buffet and received good service.
Dont order the lobster Bloody Mary. It’s made very bad. Also, everything tasted cheap. Very disappointed.
The concept is great, the actual food was passable - decent for hotel food, but not as upscale as the prices would lead one to believe. I wouldn't choose it as a destination, but if you're staying at the hotel or happen to be nearby, it's decent (albeit pricey, which is expected in that area). My friend was staying at the hotel, so we decided to go there. The service in the resto was impeccable, but the valet was deplorable. I waited 45 minutes to retrieve my car - there were three people that were ahead of me, and two that came after me, and all had been long gone by the time I got my car. The valet shut off the engine and struggled with the key before giving up and saying something to the effect of, "Do you often have trouble with the key?" (implying the problem was with the car). He had left it in REVERSE. Granted, it's an older car (likely older than the valet), but that is no excuse. Whatever decent experience I had at the resto was subsumed by incredibly poor service at the valet (recency effect).
For $200 we got cold buffet food. Definitely unimpressed
Good amazing
Wonderful Thanksgiving buffet dinner..plenty of food and everything was delicious!
Unfortunately we were disappointed with the Thanksgiving buffet. The food was very bland and the lobster mac and cheese barely had any lobster. I hope the blandness of the food was due to the budget offering trying to accommodate a wye range of people. I would like to try the restaurant on a normal day, but I'm still a little hesitant. It definitely was not worth what was charged for the meal. The restaurant's decor and location are great, but the tables were too close together. Employees of the restaurant bumped into our table several times while we were eating.
A wonderful Thanksgiving dinner with the family.
Great service!
Went for the lobster rolls and they didn’t disappoint..they were delicious! Fantastic French fries also. Very personable and professional waitress who was very helpful..wish we could remember her name..she was excellent.
The lobster roll had very little lobster for $19.00 and a toasted roll. Would have preferred the roll not toasted-there wasn't a choice.
It was just ok...pretty disappointing...according to the website they were not even open for breakfast....we made reservations and expected to get the brunch menu...but when we arrived we were only offered a small breakfast menu or the buffet that the hotel guests were offered...food was just ok...the ambience was beautiful...very disappointed...we were looking forward to the burgers and lobster...
Beautiful atmosphere and the food was very good. The drinks were great also.
Amazing food, great atmosphere. The staff brought my friends and I complementary cotton candy after dinner—easily the most memorable dining experience I’ve had in LA this year.
Good food , champagne was $150 for a 39$ bottle
Loved this place! My husband took me for my birthday. We had the ribeye and whole lobster special and some margaritas, which were all delicious! I wish the service had been a little more attentive, but our server was nice. She was just rushed. And we had to order more fries, which was annoying. The special is for two people, but the sides are TINY. Other than that, loved this place. Will def be back.
Excellent service from Dan (manager), very nice ambiance and design throughout. Server was not as attentive as the manager. Food was high quality but small portions. Overall Great
The lobster roll was just mediocre. The paella lacked flavor and that deep seafood flavor. It just tasted like red sauce, rice & veggies with meat added in. The truffle fries were good, but not hot. I won’t be back.
The bread was supposed to be toasted but it had cooled so I asked them to heat it up. The manager acted as though it wasn’t possible to warm the bread but the waitress obliged. Her service was excellent. We were celebrating a birthday and she made us feel special.
The skinny margarita and Paloma were basic & sub standard. I make better ones at home.
The ambience was really nice. Hopefully they step their food and beverage up to match. I’ve been to the indoor restaurant before and the food was excellent there.
