Le Grande Lounge
Great place to meet friends for a cocktail and grab a quick bite. Great ambiance and cozy.

They were not able to honor our reservation due to a private party. Tried to make it right by getting us into the hotel’s restaurant instead but the hostess was rude and we ended up leaving and going somewhere else.
I met my nephew here for pre-theater drinks and snacks. It was a great choice. The location was very convenient and it was not at all crowded. The food and drink choices were limited but well chosen. The bartender and other service people were welcoming, attentive and professional. We’ll definitely come again.
My husband and I planned to go to Le Grande Lounge before seeing a nearby show. The menu looked great and we figured we could share some appetizers and have a few drinks. We had a reservation but when we got the the lounge, we were told that they don't take reservations (which is odd because they are listed on Open Table). There was plenty of seating available, so it was not a problem that they did not seat us. After sitting at a small table for about 5 minutes, we saw a few people leave from a larger table, so we moved there. After sitting at the second table for 5 minutes, we still had not been acknowledged. At that point, I approached the bar to look at a drink menu. Afraid to leave the bar and miss my opportunity for service, I text my husband to ask which drink he wanted. I sat there for another 5 minutes without being acknowledged. Finally, my husband came to sat next to me. There were 2 bartenders working, making drinks right in front of our bar seats, and still never even looked at us. A woman walked up to the bar next to my husband and the bartender told her that he would be with her in one minute. He finished what he was doing and came back to take her order. I am not one who typically complains but the lack of service was completely appalling. We sat at the bar for 20 minutes (I know exactly how long since I had text my husband for his drink order) and we were in the lounge for 30 minutes in total (since we had been sitting at 2 different tables initially) and we were never once even greeted. At that point we went downstairs to Serafina to let them know what had happened and to see if we could quickly get something to eat there, since we now had only 45 minutes to eat and get to our theater on time. The staff at Serafina was friendly and attentive even though they were busy. We ordered a few things to share and everything was delicious. We are thankful they were able to accommodate us after the disaster that happened upstairs.
The lounge was very nice and located next to the Broadway theatre in Times Square. My date and I came here for some quick bites to eat before going to see The Book of Mormon at the theatre next door. It's nicely furnished inside and the food bites are pretty decent. My date and I order their pizza, fries, and sliders, which were all good. I definitely recommend for small bites, relaxing, or drinks. It's more of a good general daytime place to be.
Great drinks and very helpful and friendly staff. Will go back again.
