   It was nice. Food was good, but not 5 star for me. Had the burger which was good, but not medium rare. Had to remind the waiter for water 3 times. Very pleasant wait staff.

   The escargot were like rubber! Onion soup had too much cheese. Had to ask for water.

   Three of us celebrated two of our birthdays at Le French. All three of us ordered various crepes and all were fantastic. I love how the chicken crepe is smothered in a great salad. Everything was quite filling and delicious. Service has always been spot-on. What more can one ask but a great lunch, great atmosphere and super service?

    Service was great, ambience was nice, food was just okay. French Onion soup was weak and had very little onion in it, steak was tough and not seasoned even though it was cooked to order (Medium Rare) and the desserts were very sub par, coming from someone that always finishes dessert!

    My husband and I went to Le French for Restaurant week, we wanted to try it and figured it was a great way to experience the place. We did the French Onion soup, the beet salad, the steak and fries, the mussels, crème brûlée and chocolate mousse for dessert. Everything was excellent (we shared everything). Would definitely go back!

    Ftench onion soup and desserts were wonderful. The filet was horrible. It looked horrible, tasted horrible. I stopped after couple of bites. Took it home and was sick and my dog also got sick after giving it to her when we got home.

    This was our first visit to Le French and it was very positive. My wife had the French onion soup which she loved. She also had croque madame which had a perfectly runny egg on top. I had an oyster appetizer that had a grapefruit mignonette which was very tasty. I also had a short rib dish that was also good. If we are in the area, we will definitely try again.

    I wanted to love it. The crepe was just okay though. Two lunches and one glass of wine almost $70! Server was nice but MIA most of the time. Had to wait forever to get check and pay - and that was after the rush when the restaurant was mostly empty.

    Le French never disappoints when it comes to their delicious food and fantastic wines! Our waiter did a wonderful job, and made sure we were taken care of while not being too overbearing. During the lunch hours and dinner time it can be a little loud but otherwise highly recommend Le French.

    The food at Le French was very good. From the tasty French onion soup to the must try short rib poutine, our lunch was a success. Kudos to the kitchen staff and the waitstaff for a very enjoyable hot lunch on a very cold day.

    Atmospgere was pleasant, our server was great! We had a late reservation and was not rushed by any means. The best parts of the evening were the cocktails and the absolute best creme Brulee that I have personally tasted. The French onion soup was also delicious. The parts that came up short was my entree. I ordered the steak and it was pretty underwhelming and basically on par with one that you would order at an Applebee's so I definitely would not suggest that. Other than the less than exceptional entree all in all experience was good.

    Nice atmosphere but a bit dark. Menu is nice but food needs more seasoning. Escargot was boring, beef bourginon needed more flavor and salt. Beet salad was great, French onion was lacking broth. Nice staff but service was a little off.

    Item on the menu was described as foie gras but was actually pate de foie gras with stale baguette and overly sweet fig spread for $27. Seriously? Steak tartare had too much mustard. Bouillabaisse was bland. No subtlety. Senegalese pasteis wegood.

    This was a pretty good restaurant overall. They had a good drink menu with lots of options. Food was pretty good but I would say nothing over the top. It has a nice basic ambiance so overall nothing spectacular but still a good place to get a nice dinner!

    Had a lovely meal in this unexpected gem. It has a great food bar, food was presented beautiful and very tasty! Service was very professional and good. Will definitely come back even though it far, it's worth it. Restaurant week was a good value and we were about to try a few items. Nice job!

    Cesar was an awesome server, and the food was incredible. We had the escargot, oysters, scallops and boeuf bourguignon. My personal favorite was the scallops, but I would eat it all again!

    We had a delightful dinner. Started with escargot. We took our time to enjoy each course. 3 of us ordered the French Onion Soup and enjoyed it tremendously. After the soup, we chose a main course. 1ordered the Boulibais, 1 ordered the Scallops, 1 ordered the Mussels, and 1 a green salad. Everything was so delicious and perfectly prepared. We look forward to coming back very soon.

    Meals were tasty, chicken flavorful; lamb was ok, but the dish it was served with gave it flavor. Ordered a regular Manhattan but was charged for a double. Ended up paying $23 for a regular Manhattan! Requested server to put $20 more on one tab and he ended up putting $40 more on that tab. Even after pointing it out, he couldn’t calculate it properly. Good food, but check your tab!
