Excellente soirée au filet, service impeccable ( comme d’habitude), excellents plats et atmosphère conviviale garantie. Nous y retournerons mais attendez vous à une facture plus élevée compte tenu de la nouvelle réalité de notre économie.

Très bon restaurant haut-de-gamme avec une belle ambiance et niveau de bruit très acceptable. Excellent service. Seul bémol, assiette de fromage est beaucoup trop dispendieuse par rapport au reste.

Four of us had a wonderful evening. The tuna tartare and grilled octopus started us off and the cod, salmon, and squid ink pasta were all delicious. Our waiter provided delightful service and suggested a wonderful and reasonably priced Bourgogne. Chocolate cake and maple tart were nice small finishing touches. I'm excited to come back.

Each time we come to Le Fillet we are impressed by the quality of the service which is impeccable as well as the food which out of this world. We are never disappointed and always have a wonderful evening. One of the best restaurants in Montreal.

This is perhaps one of the three best restaurants I have ever experienced. The food was creative, unique and beyond delicious. The presentation was perfect, and the entire staff was gracious from the moment we walked in to the end of the meal. We received our entrees simultaneously and no plate was removed until everyone at the table was finished-the mark of high quality service.

Don’t be too hungry because the portions are small. Mine was cold and the plate too but I ask to warm it and I had a new one. 5 stars for thé service. Expensive. Not very tasty. I didn’t say Wow ! When I came back home.

Superb, creative, inventive food. Service was top notch, charming and on-point. I was the only wine drinker at our table and the wines by the glass selection was quite good as well. We are here while traveling through Montreal on business and would definitely come back!

Excellent service par Anouk. Salade de Kampachi, absolument délicieuse, rafraîchissante et très bien assaisonnée. Pétoncles poêlés avec une gaspacho aux tomates jaune splendides Linguini à l’encre de seiche et fruits de mer, parfaitement épicé avec abondance de fruits de mer. Homard et ris de veau succulent, parfaitement cuit, un vrai délice! Gâteau au chocolat a terminé merveilleusement bien le repas. On y retournera? Bien évidemment!!

We absolutely recommend Le Filet. The service was impeccable: very caring, with a lot of class, but still easy going. We adored the food. The Japanese influences were subtle, but had a profound effect on your tastebuds.
