Del equipo editorial de OpenTable: This French fine-dining icon has dazzled Vancouverites since 1983. Legendary chef Michel Jacob passed the torch to his friend and Iron Chef America winner Rob Feenie in 2024, and Feenie still celebrates the restaurant's French origins while incorporating some of his West Coast roots. Expect Dover sole deboned tableside in an herb beurre blanc, steak tartare, and other classics served in an elegant white tablecloth dining room.

                                                      The Dover Sole we had was excellent. The poor service ruined the evening. After close to three hours I finally had to cancel dessert and get bill which took another 15minutes. The poor service from waiter who I believe must have been new, as had no idea what was going on, was probably due to lack of training As there are so many good restaurants in Vancouver, can not recommend this restaurant to anyone

                                                      No high chair for baby. I think the reason why there is no high chair is because this restaurant want to make it high end and formal. But this restaurant is noisy in lunch time and dinner time. The noise can cover the baby noise absolutely.

                                                      Absolutely outstanding food and service! Everyone made us feel special and were very attentive . The best tenderloin that we have ever had. Highly recommend for a lovely dining experience

                                                      We tried their tasting menu since it was our first time at the restaurant. Food was absolutely delicious. Had the most amazing dinner.

                                                      The food was fabulous. And while our server tried to make up for the poor treatment otherwise, this place was tremendously disappointing. Even though we booked a reservation a couple of months prior and indicated it was for a special occasion, we were sat at a ridiculous table behind a serving dock, which they called "the chef's favourite" (yet when we walked by 1 hour later after asking to be moved that table was still empty, eye-roll).So we were moved to the bar by the entrance doors with 2 tables shoved together (eye-roll again). Meanwhile other folks waltzed into the restaurant during the entire time we were there, and were whisked into prime seating. We were not comped a drink or anything and we spent over $150 each. It's clear there is some kind of preferred customer thing happening. We've eaten at loads of top restaurants and have never been treated this dismissively. What a shame such good food is undermined. There are lots of great French restaurants in Vancouver - go to St. Lawrence, Chez Celine or even Tableau. At least you'll be treated with respect.

                                                      This was an amazing experience. The food was all exceptional. Our waiter was very attentive but not intrusive. I had an memorable birthday celebration that was fun but not embarrassing. We arrived early and the front of house graciously welcomed and seated us.

                                                      We had the set menu. Everything was delicious. I ordered the Wagyu beef and it literally melted in your mouth. We also did the wine pairing which was also excellent. Service was outstanding. Rob Feenie also came out to talk to us.
