Wonderful as always
Beautiful, beautiful restaurant. Dover sole was amazing.
Delicious, creative cuisine served in an elegant, comfortable space by attentive, knowledgeable wait staff. Not just an excellent meal - a wonderful dining experience.
Amazing night. great muigardise and entrees. i have to admit dint care for turnip in mussel in disguise starter. the
qunelle de brochet, sweet breads, and foie gras were heavenly. Thank You!!
Incredible food - a real update of classic French. Beautiful setting and passionate service. A must try!
Service and ambiance was excellent.
Food - much to be desired. The food is nothing great. Which is abad thing given that it is a 1 star michiline restaurant. Even the dessert was below par
The price would have been acceptable if the food was great.
Delicious and beautiful restaurant
We had some really wonderful food. That said, two of our dishes, the leek appetizer and the rabbit main-course suffered from too much vinegar and the rabbit in broth was bland. That is the only reason I did not give the meal a perfect score.
Outrageously expensive!! Service was acceptable, waiting was prolonged for various requests.
Elegant setting. The lunch plates were nicely presented but the food was undistinguished. Beef tartar is served ‘deconstructed,' but when mixed together lacks the punch of the classic dish. Sauce with tete de veau was sharp, lacked subtlety. Quenelle entree was pretty but lacked taste, depended too heavily on the caviar.
The service was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and made excellent recommendations. The food was terrific.
Wine list too expansive...
This is a Restaurant that works like a well oiled automated Machine. Kudos to the management.
Very polished service and food, place is very tiny and a bit loud with many active parties present the night I came.
Le Coucou was an outstanding dining experience. The food, the service, and the ambiance were really quite perfect. Anyone who focuses on having exceptional dining experiences, needs to make sure they visit this restaurant. It is quite expensive, but worth every dollar that is spent.
Delicious food in a lovely setting! An adult place in which even the diners rose to the occasion by dressing a little more nicely than one often sees these days.
We went to NYC for our anniversary and I surprised my wife with a reservation here. These guys made sure it was unforgettable and incredible. The food is delicious and Incredible. The service was excelent. The ambience was elegant and refined. The wine recommendation was exquisite. The waiter who treated us was very kind and always had an excellent treatment (a young man with a mustache). I am very grateful for everything they did for our anniversary. Thank you.
Only gets better every time! We look forward to our next visit
This restaurant has a Michelin star?! What a joke. Clearly the inspectors never had breakfast here. Pompous and overpriced with lackadaisical service. We received an iced tea we didn't order and never received the gougere we did order until after our main course arrived, at which point it wasn't even necessary. The gougere was the only tasty thing though....both omelet and avocado toast were very bland.
Great food! The vegetarian option they were serving that night was outstanding!!! Highly recommend!
Increíble lugar con excelente selección de platillos. El servicio fenomenal!
Outstanding in every way. The best of the best.
Phenomenal in every sense. First class food, ambiance and service.
Highly recommend the brochet and ris de veau
Beautifull place! Wonderful food, amazing cocktails, great service!
One of the Best Restaurants we had in nyc
Besutiful deforarion and elegant
Le coucou is outstanding on all levels! It’s visually beautiful from the street and inside with a great looking little waiting bar in front . Beautiful chandeliers and lighting, white washed brick and more every elegant. The service is exactly what you expect and want at a high end establishment. Lots of staff, overseeing, and knowledgeable they provide five star service by being on top of every need without being intrusive , able to anticipate needs and on it before you have to think about it .. the open air kitchen looks like a movie set. but the food is really where le coucou shines!! Absolutely Amazing!! We had a meal so perfectly composed with perfectly blended and complemented ingredients that are sublime and delicious at the same time. The chef is a total master! We had the lobster main which is done in the most perfect peppercorn sauce , the grilled foie Gras and two other gourmandize that melted in your mouth while exploding with flavor!! Our new favorite of all time!!
I love Le Coucou. They always have incredible food and incredible service!
Excellent service and romantic ambiance! Special restaurant for a celebration!
Absolutely wonderful dining experience! The waitstaff, bartender, sommelier, and host really made the experience truly memorable. Quite possibly the best meal of my life. We had the oysters, foie gras, and duckling for two; absolutely delectable!
Great service!! Delicious and creative dishes. Great .
Ladies who lunch! A birthday celebration at a very special place. Prize fixe lunch was wonderful, dessert and coffee amazing, great wine list too!
My husband and i went for lunch this week and absolutely loved it! my husband is from Paris and had one of the appetizer dishes which is a real traditional old fashioned fish dish which was truly exceptional!
We enjoyed the relaxed mood and the delicious food and great service.
Will definitely be back.
this is one of the most beautiful restaurants! it makes you feel as though you are in another place. we have only had the breakfast (twice) but it is delicious. the whole experience is remarkable and what an attention to details!!
Great service, well executed sauces!
My husband and I LOVE to come here anytime we visit NYC!
This is my fourth time at the restaurant. Some of the dishes are still very good but others are less exquisite than what I remember when the restaurant first opened. The style of cooking is very labor intensive so perhaps management decided to cut some corners to save money. The service is also less friendly and attentive but that may have do do with the waiter we got. The ambiance is still very special and pleasant
We had gone to Spring, Mr. Rose's restaurant in Paris, several years ago. We wanted to return as the Parisian meal was so good. We were rewarded by the decision. Every course was excellent. There were ample choices for each course so choosing a meal was easy. The service was attentive while being unobtrusive. We spent almost 3 hours enjoying ourselves. A special kudo to he wine expert. He followed my lead on cost and selected an excellent bottle to fit our budget. Over all an outstanding experience.
An extraordinary restaurant that just gets better every time we visit.
