Great like always.
My boyfriend, friend and I came here for my birthday Saturday night. Steven was our server and he was amazing! Everything was top notch and he helped us have a great evening.
The entrees were delicious! Our server was very engaging and knowledgable.
I felt the food was not as fresh as it could have been. I very much enjoyed our first dinner but this one was not as good. My wife had stomach issues that night and the next day.
We sat outside on the patio on a beautiful day and enjoyed the tuna with taro chips,
the cabbage chicken salad and the beef tenderloin rice crepes. Everything was delicious, and the service was very nice. It is one of our go to restaurants where we know we can count on a delicious meal.
Visiting from out of town
Food was excellent. We ordered ceviche and the Dinner prix Fixe menu plus added brussel sprouts. Be prepared to have a good amount of time to wait. Service is friendly but pretty slow. The ambiance is very evocative of an exotic location. Overall we enjoyed our meal.
Perfect food and location
Food and service were outstanding. The only drawback is they tried to seat us upstairs by the kitchen door in the LOUD lounge/area -- and said there would be a 40 minute wait if we wanted a different table.. A quick talk with the manager soon fixed that. Otherwise, a great night.
Excellent meal and service!
Everything and everyone was amazing!
Superb food and superb service.
We dine at Le Colonial fairly often. This visit was the most disappointing by far. The Cha Gio and Sui Cao Chien were still very, very good. But, our entrees: Tom Xao Sate and Pho Bo were not up to our expectations or the normal excellence that Le Colonial normally delivers. Has staff changed? I did not see any familiar faces.
I will say, the Le Colonial Gin and Tonic is still amazing.
No sentí a los meseros muy atentos tenía que pedir las cosas varias veces
Food was excellent as usual. Service was very good as well.
Awesome food, service, and ambiance.
Always good here! My family and I were treated very well by our waiter and management threw in a complimentary dessert. We will definitely be back.
This was a great experience. Our waiter was very attentive and thoughtful. The food was delicious. We were seated immediately.
This was an amazing meal! Just sad we hadn’t been there sooner!
We love everything about LeColonial,
especially the food! Delicious and beautiful don’t come close to describing it. Beautiful surroundings in the ‘fanciest’ part of town. Don’t pass up a chance to eat there!
I really love the food at Le Colonial, but in the 4-5 times I've been there, the service is cold and unfriendly. No greeting when my party arrived (hostess continued doing something else, then looked bothered to seat us), and the waiter was a bit abrupt and rushed. Had to ask for drink menu, he wanted to take our appetizer order before the drink order, then once we got our drinks he immediately asked to take our order for course 2. Slow down and engage, please. Most people are coming here for a special occasion and want to enjoy the experience.
Waiter was not engaged or overwhelmed.
My husband and I wanted to try something new for our rare night out! We were not disappointed. Every item was extremely full of flavor and there were hints of spice and so much fragrance in everything!
Their creme brûlée and banana tapioca are definitely unique experiences!!!
Chef Jack is amazing!
I just really didn’t like getting sat by the bathroom
Food was delicious as always. Service was terribly slow.
Excellent food drinks and music
Good atention. Great place
Food was very good. Reservation service was strange. They first had us wait downstairs & we were in everyone's way. Then 5 mins later they sent us upstairs. There we waited 10 minutes & were in everyone's way. Salad came after the main course & I sent back but waiter said "you ordered it, you pay for it".
Food quality and taste was incredible; will return again. Service was attentive but not crazy overdone. Thank you
The availability of valet parking at the restaurant was great. The hostess seated us right away.
This was our 39th wedding anniversary and as the reservation asked for the occasion, I expected that we would have a little complimentary dessert.
Having said that, we enjoyed the meal and ambience and will visit again.
We have dined here often and love it. Must have been an off day for the wait staff. He also had too many tables to take care of.
We will return.
Food was excellent and service superb!!!
Service was terrible.
Our waiter Peter was awesome!
Went for lunch last week, waited 25 mins for table even though we had a reservation. Then waited another 20/30 mins to order our lunch. We ended up taking nearly 2 hours for lunch. First time I’ve experienced this at le colonial. Hope it will be the last!I
We were seated outside upstairs on the balcony and service was non existent. Marred the overall experience. I had to get up from the table to find someone to take our order.
love this place. i’ll be back! always enjoy myself
Just a great evening. Food, service and ambiance was perfect. Highly recommend this restaurant.
Eugene is an outstanding server
Excellent food, good portion sizes. Annoyed by a distracting 2-year old.
My first experience was not bad, the ambience was great. The food was nice, however, the service I received from my my waiter, was poor. It seemed to me and my wife, like he had an attitude, and we did not appreciate that.
Delicioso los rollos vietnamitas, los dumplings y es el mejor arroz con pollo Felicidades
