Food was very good, the red snapper was outstanding, upon arrival had very bad engagement with a senior manager at check-in station. Gentlemen refused to tell me his name, even after asking twice, He first approached me, ask me about a magnum of wine I had brought, and then made disparaging remark about the wine. The bottle was of high quality, his remark was arrogant. Also had issue with parking validation, was completed at the table but validation did not register when leaving, I was required to pay full fare. Would I return? not really sure, many other fantastic and welcoming restaurants in Atlanta.

We celebrated my husband's birthday at Le Colonial. It was our first visit. We had heard that it is over-priced, but we were pleasantly surprised. We started the evening in the bar, where we had wonderful gin & tonics and people watched. Our meal on the porch was fantastic -- especially the branzino special. We shared everything and found the quantities generous. It was also a pleasant surprise to find we could hear each other talk in both the bar and the outdoor dining area. A lovely evening. It could have been slightly improved only by the wait staff being a bit more attentive.

So glad we chose this place on a whim. Must trys ribs duck and shaking beef. The waitstaff was attentive and informative. The energy goes from patio day drinking to swanky romantic.

What a fantastic meal! The restaurant is so pretty and feels like a get away with the exotic floor tiles, paintings and plants. A beautiful place to enjoy a meal. The server was terrific. The green papaya salad and the chicken clay pot were outstanding. So flavorful and cooked perfectly. Everything was truly delicious. Special praise for the tapioca banana dessert. I came several years ago and wasn’t that impressed but they have a new chef and all the changes reflect a major upgrade. Cannot wait to come back!!! Thank you.

I had my birthday dinner there and everything was amazing although I had been there several times before it was the first time for my guest and they were blown away by the restaurant. Two days later they were all still talking about how good their meal was.

The waiter took forever to get to our table. He was busy running around to other tables. Service was very slow. Then when we were leaving the girl validated our parking ticket. But she did not do it right. So we ended up paying for parking.
