Such a great experience at Le Club. We have been to Partage many times and are big fans. Le Club is a great addition and offers a chic vibe with amazing staff and unique, whimsical and delicious cocktails and food offerings. We indulged in cocktails, champagne and several food items. Matt is amazing and curated our experience to perfection. Can’t wait to go back soon!

I've popped in to Le Club a few times for drinks before sliding across the wine-lined foyer to Partage for dinner, but not since February had I eaten there. Figured it was time to reset that clock. Received a pleasant greeting from the hostess before being escorted into the champagne bar. Orchard Amour ($20x2): Created by Matthew. Flowers, nuts, and fruit trees. Just sweet enough where I set it aside when my main dishes arrived, then finished it and another with dessert. Bruschetta Tartine ($19): I bopped over to Partage to say hi to Iann and Jordan, and Iann was kind enough to make this to go with my food over at Le Club. This is the best savory cocktail in existence. Comped after the fact. Petit Burger ($20): Melds wagyu and an ounce of foie gras in a parmesan choux "bun" to make a most decadent slider. Small but mighty. Very juicy, to the point where the bottom half of the bun didn't survive intact; flipped the burger upside down to finish. Came with a small scoop of crispy well-seasoned potato chips. Bailey described the two specials. I was eventually swayed by "mushrooms" to order the Potato Gnocchi ($20): Five plush little pillows, firm porcini mushrooms, delicate yet savory and peppery as a whole. Mignardises Tower ($20): Actually, the five different treats were delivered in half a gilded birdcage. A chocolate mini-tart, a miniature caramel macaron, a choux puff, a cream-topped shortbread, and a wee bowl of gelée and meringues. Adorable, and delicious. Value: Le Club might adjust one's definition of value. On the surface, the $20 per offering may raise an eyebrow, particularly for the food portions. However, one gets to enjoy premium ingredients transformed into luscious dishes and drinks. As always, subjective and YMMV. Service: Extraordinary from Matthew, Bailey, Max, Iann in particular, but everyone was delightful and professional. etc-I must not have been the only shorty who noticed the low bar seat height; booster cushions are available.

It was well worth leaving the Vegas strip for this charming champagne bar. It was elegant but not stuffy and seemed to be a local hang out too. I would definitely go back and also try their restaurant next door. The food was great.

The most bizarre restaurant experience of my life. We made 915 reservations for after a show. When we gave the address to the cab driver, he looked at us like we were crazy. He drove us to a random strip mall in Chinatown where we encountered a traffic jam of cars, where they were going I have no idea. After narrowly, avoiding some gang activity, we entered LE club. It was empty, and the sparse wait and bar staff turned and looked at us in amazement, as if they’ve never seen a customer before. We were seated in a plush leather booth surrounded by giant, empty bottles of champagne. We were immediately offered champagne cocktails and an extravagant French food menu. We selected something off the dessert menu; a tasting dish of five desserts. Oddly, they were served to us in what appeared to be half a birdcage. These were the smallest portions of food I have ever seen. Each tiny bite was delicious. We enjoyed several cocktails, which were also delicious. The wait staff could not have been friendlier. Some of them even had authentic French accents.? We asked why there was no one else there. We were told they had “just opened…eleven months ago.” I guess it’s a soft, soft open? As we were finishing our drinks, my girlfriend and I noticed that we were both covered in glitter, the source of which was unknown. After some investigation, it appeared, the napkins were doused in glitter, and we had proceeded to rub it all over ourselves. It was a fantastic experience, quite surreal however, I doubt I will ever go there again.

Tremendous experience, great introduction to the world of caviar and champagne. Tremendous Cocktails including the best Rye Manhattan I have ever had. Will definitely re-visit when we return to Vegas in the future.
