Excelente viaje por la comida mexicana, los mas de 20 tiempos que disfrutamos fueron únicos y espectaculares el Sommelier consigue un maridaje excelente, de los mejores que he probado dentro de los pocos y selectos restaurantes michelin a los que he asistido, el servicio magnífico y a la atención muy buena. En fin, bien ganada (nuevamente) esa estrella felicidades!!!

Pour la première fois en 10ans, on refuse mon pantalon 3/4 à l'entrée...mais on me prête aussitôt un pantalon long. Après cet épisode cocasse, la soirée fut crescendo ! Notre serveur s'est rapidement détendu, et nous aussi par la même occasion. Se sont enchainés ensuite une farandole de plats plus raffinés les uns que les autres , pour notre plaisir! Un petit regret : pas de vin mexicain (pourtant très bons) dans le wine paring. Une étoile ⭐️ sans aucun doute pour cette soirée!

Very average food/wine selection - focus was more on novel presentation than flavors/taste. A couple of courses were great but the overall meal was average at best. The experimentation/molecular gastronomy is great but taste is king! That balance was off at least for our meal
