   As seasoned foodies traveling around the globe in search of unforgettable bites, we can confidently say that our recent experience at this remarkable restaurant was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we walked in, we were enveloped in an atmosphere that promised excitement and culinary creativity. The chef here has truly elevated Mexican cuisine to an extraordinary level. Each dish we encountered was a masterpiece, showcasing not only incredible flavors but also stunning presentations that added to the overall experience. Every bite was pure indulgence, leaving us in awe of the skill and thoughtfulness that went into crafting each plate. What stood out to us was the way the chef brought a new perspective to traditional dishes, transforming familiar flavors into something refreshingly innovative.    Very average food/wine selection - focus was more on novel presentation than flavors/taste. A couple of courses were great but the overall meal was average at best. The experimentation/molecular gastronomy is great but taste is king! That balance was off at least for our meal

   My wife and I weren’t sure what to expect but we were very happily surprised by the service, the taste and the overall science and intelligence put into every dish. A must do for food lovers

   Expérience exceptionnelle, tant au niveau des plats que du service. Tout est impeccable. L'accord des vins est parfait. Je vous le recommande fortement. C'est juste un peu dommage que le resto soit situé dans un tout-inclus, ça serait bien une vue sur la mer, en tout cas nettement mieux que le groupe de personne en état d'ébriété avancée présent en même temps que nous. Le personnel a géré la situation avec le plus grand professionalisme et en toute discrétion, les a mis à la porte, à notre plus grand plaisir.

   An amazing dining experience. Artistic presentation and creative flavors of every dish. We were so fortunate to have Miguel as our server. Extremely knowledgeable, he explained each dish as it was served. Congratulations to LeChique on your very well deserved Michelin star.

    Le chique was unfortunately a solid disappointment across the board. As someone who frequently indulges in this type of experience, I would caution against a visit here unless you are staying directly at the resort, it’s not worth the trip out of your way. The food was okay, but the service was slow, and the venue was quite underwhelming. Compared to the other Michelin star restaurants we have visited, this was probably the least favourite experience we’ve had to date . Maybe the Bar was set too high after our wonderful experience at restaurante Ha’ earlier this week, but regardless, I would suggest you skip this one. I will note they put a lot of thought and effort into the presentation of each dish, and not from lack of effort, however the timing was just off with no rhythm to the evening. I would prefer less dishes, and more attention to detail in this type of experience. Less is more. Need more waiters to touch the table and help move the night along. We’ve had much longer tasting experiences that felt much shorter than this one. It’s all about the little things, like lack of AC providing an uncomfortable atmosphere, or the waiter recommending a 20% gratuity at the end of the night. I’m not someone who usually complains about these things, small things can be overlooked; but there were too many misses during thjs experience, that for the price, are not acceptable. Some dishes have potential, however this establishment would benefit from some polishing up the details across the board. Hopefully they can make some changes and invest some time to improve this type of experience. Best of luck!
