À wonderfull experience ! A must if you are around and even if you are abroad ! Very typical and unique ingrédients revisited with a 3 stars présentation and techniques. Everything was perfect. The staff was very kind and professional. Thanks to the chef and all the staff. The 2 stars are on there way 😉 Alexandre and Henry from Paris France

Una experiencia única, un viaje por la gastronomía mexicana, en cada tiempo una explosión de sabores en boca genuinos. Vale toda la pena, salí más orgullosa de ser una mexicana muy yucateca- oaxaqueña!!! Aplausos al chef y al sous chef Víctor quien nos dio un breve vistazo a la cocina-laboratorio. Ya con ansias de regresar en alguno de sus eventos del años con chefs invitados.

What an amazing experience! This was our first time going to a Michelin starred restaurant and it did not disappoint. Dinner was an adventure of flavors, textures, and presentations. Every dish in our 20+ course menu was excellent. They were very accommodating of dietary preferences (vegetarian for my wife, no alcohol and no pork). The juice pairings were great matches to each course.

Outstanding service and a deliciously memorable experience. The plating and presentation was enticing. The ingredients and dishes were mouth watering and so fresh. We had an amazing dinner with friends.

Everything was exceptional, the service was beyond expectations, food was amazingly executed and delicious. Watching them plate every single dish was the highlight of my night. Also the wine selection was impeccable. It’ll be hard to top this birthday experience. Thank you to the whole team.

Decided to dine here after the Michelin guide gave it a star. I travel for food (not my job unfortunately ) and do 3 star Michelin rated regularly ( not that I swear by this rating, just as a reference) and Le Chique is in my opinion a two star restaurant. The creativity of JGL (Jonathan Gomez Luna) is on display. A crunchy envelope of Parmesan cheese envelops a Cesar salad and its dressing. A walnut shaped foie gras/walnut/chocolate mix sets the tone for a spectacular walk through some reimagined Mexican classics and some classics to be. Worth the trip from any of the nearby hotels.
