Cute corner spot in Willow Glen. My friend and I were seated right away. The restaurant was clean and inviting. The tiramisu latte was delicious. It was hard to choose which food to try. I chose a savory item ( Eggs Benedict on a croissant). I’m glad the eggs were not runny. The potatoes were perfect. The staff were very attentive. Will definitely be back to try more menu items.

I took my mom here for Mother’s Day dinner with a party of four. When we arrived, there was only one other group dining, who left shortly after — leaving us as the only guests in the restaurant for nearly the entire evening. Despite this, the service and food were shockingly poor. To start, we ordered four drinks but only received three. We had to ask for the fourth, which was a surprising oversight given how empty the restaurant was. After placing our food order, we received the first of our two shareable appetizers, which we finished completely — yet the second never arrived. Our main courses followed, and unfortunately, things didn’t improve. My steak was overcooked, and the potatoes were severely undercooked — practically raw. The brussels sprouts side was so underdone I couldn’t even cut through them with a knife, let alone chew them. The manager didn’t check in until most of the table had already finished eating. When I voiced my concerns, they offered to remake the potatoes — but by then, everyone else was done, and I had to take them to go. If the restaurant had been busy, I might have been more understanding. But being the only diners, this level of service and food quality was simply unacceptable. The prices may have been reasonable, but the experience ruined what should have been a special Mother’s Day dinner.

The reason I'm rating Le Bubble so low is that, even though we were allowed to make a reservation on Monday, and their website says they are open Monday, they were not open on Monday when we arrived for our reservation. There was also no answer on their phone when I called, not even a recorded message. I'm not sure how they can run a business this way.

The timing of when the food comes out can be worked on & the taste of some of the dishes as well. I'm sure things will get better as they move past their grand opening.
