We have eaten here before, but not in awhile. Having recently been in France for a couple of months, we were looking for a place near home to celebrate the country and its wonderful cuisine. While they made us feel very welcome and service set the right tone of attention but not intrusion, the dishes we chose (bisque d'homard, escargots, confit, and cassoulet) were bland and uninspired. There used to be obvious passion in the food that came from this kitchen; but their "get up and go" has apparently gotten up and gone. We hope they can turn it around and return to their former excellence.
