The space is 10 out of 10....the food is delicious and the staff friendly and well trained. I was a customer some 30 plus years back in it's original creation and what you've done is to bring it back to those glory days...Great job!

Our family had a wonderful dinner at Le Bistro - our favorite on our trip by far. The food and service was excellent and the jazz music playing live during dinner was outstanding. Our waiter and his assistant were impeccable - friendly but very professional. The ambiance was the best we have ever seen - so peaceful, beautiful, even magical. We enjoyed mussels, salads, soups, scallops, chicken and short rib and topped it off with a dessert apple tart- everything was perfect. We also had amazing cocktails and a lovely reasonable French Rose wine - all wonderful. Cannot recommend enough - you will not be disappointed! We will be back every time that we visit Puerto Vallarta.

This was my sixth time to visit Le Bistro since it's 2024 opening, and it remains a beautiful restaurant, great location and with very attentive service. For all three of us, our food was good, but not on par with prior visits. I will still be back.
